This house has everything you need and more. We traveled with three kids. They loved running around in the backyard and reading the books available for them. There are PLENTY of pillows and everything you need to cook a meal. We highly recommend!

The home was lovely and well kept. I only gave it 4 stars because there were 4 towels and 2 washcloths for 4 people staying 2 nights. We don't have a problem reusing towels but there were no extras for drying hair or cloths for showering.

Wonderful Girls’ Weekend Getaway!!!

We had the best girls weekend at this VRBO! The house felt very safe, was clean, and had a great layout for hanging out, playing Mahjong, and relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the location was ideal. The hosts were top tier—friendly, responsive, and welcoming. There was a faint pet smell when we first arrived, but it quickly aired out and didn’t affect our stay. The only other note is that towel supply was a bit limited for a home that sleeps 8—we had 6 guests and still felt short—so you may want to bring a few extras. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we’d absolutely come back!

We were in Georgetown for our daughter’s wedding, this was a great find for my family, Airyn and Alyse were wonderful host, constantly checking in on us to see if we needed anything. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I highly recommend this home. Our family loved it.

Great place for family stay

We really appreciated our hosts Airyn & Alyse. Great communication from beginning to end. The house is wonderful, in a quaint location which was close to the wedding venue where my oldest son was best man for the event. We had our adult kids/spouses with us as well as our 1 year old grandson. The home had every amenity we needed and were hoping for. We enjoyed playing corn hole, relaxing by the firepit in the evenings, and just spending time together. Thank you for sharing this home with us. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family stay in Georgetown.

Casa Verde Was a Huge "Ole'"

First of all, the owners/property managers were extremely welcoming, always prompt to provide information and answer questions. We were given everything necessary to access, enjoy and exit the property. This property provided the perfectly charming get away base for our BFF road trip weekend in Georgetown. The bathroom, living & kitchen spaces are spacious. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept very well. Any family or friends group should have everything they need to make themselves at home, relax and enjoy time together. The location is quiet, extremely private facing an open field with a beautiful elementary school at the back. Being summer there was no activity in front of us at all. The Town Square shopping & dining area was 5 minutes away. We highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

House was very clean. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Had the water softener discharge next to master bedroom at 3am and run two cycles. Then smoke alarm went off in master bedroom at 11pm. If it hadn’t been for those two instances this would’ve been a 5 star stay! Thanks for having us!
