When you pull up to this Newly renovated log cabin you see a beautiful goldfish pond with a fountain and farm land as far as the eye can see!
This beautiful cabin Sleeps 16 and has a Large living area with fireplace and large kitchen. It has 3 full bathrooms, 7 bedrooms, 5 with queen beds one king bed and 1 room with two sets of bunk beds. There are smart TVs in every bedroom and a large smart TV in the living room.
Leading up to this home is a long gravel driveway with plenty of room for the kids to ride bikes and play outside with no worry of neighbors. This home is very private with the closest neighbor being 1/2 a mile away.
This amazing rental has a beautiful In-ground pool and a fire pit in the back yard. It’s a great place for some back yard grilling and hanging with friends and family. While on the back deck you will be able to watch for deer and other wildlife over the beautiful farmland that surrounds this home.
All of this is located 5 minutes from Barren River Lake and State Park Hiking trails, lodge Resturant, beach, golf course, marina and boat launch.
This is the perfect place to bring your whole family.
If your looking for a great place to vacation with privacy this is your cabin! You will be able to relax in the cabin or go outside and sit under the large covered back deck or swim in the pool and on those cooler nights everyone can sit around the fire pit in the back yard. It’s great for intimate gatherings with family and friends and you can leave the stress of the real world behind you.

The pool will be opened during swimming season only. We will open it before summer sometime in the spring and close it after summer when the weather begins to be cold. It will be closed in the fall and winter due to the cold weather and it being outside. We will keep it open as long as we can. And open it as soon as we can if you want more information on the pool please message on Vrbo.

We are taking the current covid situation very seriously when cleaning this home Lysol is sprayed inside on everything all furniture door handles and light switches and all cleaning supplies used kills 99.9% of germs. We want our guest to rest assured we are doing our part to make sure you have a safe vacation while staying in our cabin.

Attention all renters:
For Security, Theft, and Liability Insurance purposes we do have Security cameras up on the outside of the cabin. For your privacy there are NO cameras inside the cabin.

If you are staying during the swimming season and the pool is open either myself or my husband will come one time every day or every other day to check the filter, check the levels of the pool and do any cleaning to the pool that is needed to keep it safe and clean for your family.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide you with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and laundry pods. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen. Basic pots and pans a crock pot, mixer, toaster and a standard coffee maker

4. Do you provide a grill? – Yes. There is a gas grill between the back deck and fireplace.

5. Do you provide firewood? – Yes always for the fire pit and when the fireplace indoors is in season we provide wood for that also. You may want to bring extra or you can purchase extra from us if you run out

6. Do you allow pets? - NO. We do not allow any pets in the home at all no exceptions on this rule.

7. Is the pool heated? - no but it is in an open field and warms up pretty quickly during the summer months

8. Is the a pool private? – Yes! Your family will be the only ones using the pool during your stay

9. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must checkout by 11:00 AM on the day of your departure.

10. Is this cabin secluded? – Yes the home is surrounded by 115 acres of beautiful farmland and the nearest neighbor is 1/2 mile up the road.

11. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide Hulu plus with live tv and Roku tv.

12. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited high speed internet with no passcode to connect

13. I’m trying to book but it won’t let me. What’s wrong? - Most problems are with your credit card company not allowing the charge. Please contact them first. Also, please ensure you have a verified ID on file.

14. Do you decorate for the holidays? – Yes! We decorate for Christmas

15. How are the beds arranged in the cabin? - main level has master bedroom with king bed and private full bath also on main level are two bedrooms both with queen beds and a full bathroom between them. The second level has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with two sets of bunk beds sleeping 4 people total in that room and there is also a full bathroom on this level.
