Bungalow with king-size bed in East Austin

Large, clean room with all the amenities, including a king-size bed, just 3 miles from downtown & a patio deck to enjoy your coffee. Perfect for couples & solo travel.

Private bathroom with large walk-in shower, and laundry in your room. This room has it's own entrance from the side gate & is a private guest quarters, under the same roof as the owner.

Enter directly to your room with a keypad and never have to check-in with me, but I live in the other half of the house if you need anything.
The space
Large bedroom with microwave, mini fridge, dining table, and laundry all in the room — with connected bathroom.

I live on the other side of the house but usually never even see or interact with my guests so they have privacy.

The thermostat for the central AC is on my side of the house and I can reasonably adjust it to keep the house comfortable for everyone.
Guest access
Access to the patio area in front of the Airbnb guest suite. And of course, your own bedroom with the private bathroom connected to it, and laundry also part of your private guest suite.

There are no shared spaces inside of the house; I am sometimes outside on my side of the wraparound backyard patio.
Other things to note
Thermostat for the central air conditioning is on my side of the house. I will reasonably adjust it so it is comfortable for everyone.

I have a space heater provided in the guest suite if you’d like it warmer than usual in your room.
