BEST View of Lake Travis!! Largest 3 Bed-3 Bath Floor Plan-THE HOLLOWS-Sleeps 8

This unit has no equal when it comes to VIEW in all of THE HOLLOWS Hilltop condos. Note the view through the NEW 6 foot picture frame window and double french doors from the living room and kitchen. This is the only unit that has a 6' x 6' picture frame window looking straight out at "Starnes Island". Starnes Island is the center of all activity for the July 4th fireworks show. This is the largest 3 bedroom / 3 bath floor plan in the complex and is a corner/top floor condo with an elevator for the building. This 3 bedroom / 3 bath unit has never been on the rental program and we will be selectively renting this unit only. The entire unit was recently remodeled with all new wood look porcelain tile flooring throughout. The balcony has new travertine look porcelain tile flooring. The condo update also included replacement of all ceiling fans, light fixtures, and color of walls. The unit also has a new high efficiency AC system and new water heater. The amenities at the 1400 plus acre community are extraordinary including the Beach Club, Trailhead Club, kids playground, kayak club, boat launch, marina, pickle ball court, basketball goal, and many miles of paved hike/bike/golf cart trails throughout the development. The Beach Club has an infinity pool, two smaller pools, a hot tub, and a gymnasium. Please note The Hollows and The City of Jonestown "DOES NOT" allow charcoal or propane grills on the balconies for grilling. We also do not allow grilling of any kind from the balconies. However, there is a "Smoke House" for grilling and a restaurant at The Beach Club. There is also a separate "Hilltop Smoke House" for grilling and picnicking just above the Hilltop condos on Edgewood Way St. The Hollows also has several miles of paved hike and bike and gold cart trails for your enjoyment.

Absolutely stunning!

I booked a last minute trip for four nights and had lots of questions for the owner before I even booked. She answered the questions quickly and professionally. The condo is very well kept and decorated but the view was BEAUTIFUL! We also loved the pool. I will going back next time I am in Austin.

Fantastic Views!!

We had a great stay, and enjoyed sunrises and sunsets. It was perfect for our 5 adults. It was a bit far from Austin, but, the place was worth it. Very good amenities, contact with hosts was easy. Great property.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay, and the pictures don't do the views justice. The amenities at the Beach Club were also a great benefit. We found the restaurant to be good, and the staff was extremely nice. Even the pool had an amazing view, and we saw lots of deer! Only thing keeping the review from a 5 was an interaction with the property manager on the first day. My wife asked for the wifi password, and I got an impolite text about not reading the full check-in instructions.

What a view!

We enjoyed this big condo SO much. An awesome view lured us onto the porch every day for hours. A brisk breeze blew much of the time, and though it was frequently warm outside, we enjoyed being outdoors tremendously. We visited the Beach Club one day and found a stunning pool area that we took advantage of on a cloudy morning. We had the place to ourselves which was quite a treat. We played cards around the large dining table and worked a jigsaw puzzle on the big coffee table. The kitchen was fine and we cooked several meals there during our 3-night stay. We were a four-woman group and so having three full baths was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Lake Travis Condo - Best Lake View

Five stars all the way! We have our boat at the Northshore Marina and decided to spend the holiday weekend at this condo. Our stay was simply amazing. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we appreciated the well-stocked starter supplies, especially the coffee! The host was very responsive, making our stay hassle-free. The location was perfect, and the apartment was so well-equipped, making us feel right at home.

GREAT view of Lake Travis!

This location was super clean, modern, nicely updated and has spectacular views up and down Lake Travis. We truly enjoyed The Hollows amenities and having Lago Vista so close for grocery stores and restaurants was a huge benefit. The smokehouse up the hill is very nice and was a great option to grill some local food one night of our stay. The whole family enjoyed a terrific stay!
