Designed with comfort and connection in mind, this spacious retreat offers four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, and business travelers. Warm wood floors, stylish décor, and inviting spaces create a relaxed atmosphere that`s perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, while two additional bedrooms offer queen beds, and the fourth bedroom includes a couch for added flexibility. Two bathrooms feature bathtubs, while the third offers a walk-in shower.

The cozy living room is perfect for gathering after a day out, and the foosball table provides fun for guests of all ages. Start your mornings with complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and basic cooking essentials.

Outdoor Living:

Your private outdoor space is designed for relaxing and making memories. Take a refreshing dip in the pool on warm Texas afternoons, sip your morning coffee on the deck, or unwind in the spacious yard. As the sun sets, gather around the cozy fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and enjoy peaceful evenings under the stars. Whether you`re swimming with the family, playing in the yard, or simply soaking up the Austin sunshine, the outdoor space offers the perfect setting to relax and reconnect.

Please note: There is a detached guest house located at the back of the property. The guest house is not included with your reservation and is off-limits to guests. Guests will only have access to the main house and designated outdoor areas during their stay.

With quick access to I-35, US-183, and Mopac, you`ll be within easy reach of Downtown Austin, The Domain, Q2 Stadium, and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are plentiful and provide a convenient way to explore Austin`s restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment.

Parking is simple with free driveway parking available on-site. Additional street parking is generally available along the residential street, making it easy for groups traveling with multiple vehicles. As with any neighborhood, guests should follow posted signs and avoid blocking driveways or neighboring properties. While ride-shares are readily available, we recommend having a vehicle to fully enjoy everything Austin has to offer.

• Enjoy hassle-free self check-in with smart locks. A unique access code will be provided before your arrival.

• A washer and dryer are available for guest use and are located in the garage.

• Please note that the pool area does not have a gate or locking barrier. Children should be supervised at all times and never left unattended near the pool.

Please note: A $1,000 penalty will be imposed for any unauthorized parties or smoking inside the unit, along with additional cleaning fees or charges for damages.
No Smoking or Drugs
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use of any kind are strictly prohibited inside or anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and any other illegal substances.

Pets
• Pets are welcome with prior disclosure and approval. Additional fees apply, and a maximum of two pets is allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in added fees. Please clean up after your pets and do not leave them unattended.

No Parties or Events
• Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted. Loud noise or music is also prohibited.

Furniture
• Guests are not allowed to move, rearrange, or remove any furniture from its original placement.

Reservation Dates
• Guests may not extend their stay beyond the reserved dates without prior approval.

Check-In Inspection
• Please inspect the property upon arrival and report any issues promptly. We take pride in maintaining a clean home, so notifying us of any missing, stained, or broken items is important.

Excessive Mess
• Excessive mess beyond the normal cleaning standard will result in additional cleaning charges. Cleaners may also charge extra for excessive dirt, stains, or spills requiring specialized care.

Late Check-Out
• Requests for late check-out must be made prior to the scheduled time. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional charges may apply.

Penalties
• A $1,000 penalty will be charged for any unauthorized parties, smoking, or drug use inside the home, in addition to cleaning fees and costs for damages.
