The Guest House is 550 square feet with 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an attached full bathroom with tub/shower. It has an open floor plan which includes a full kitchen, living room and one dining room table. We are so close to downtown you can gaze out the kitchen windows to see the downtown lights. There is a full-sized sleeper sofa to possibly accommodate a third guest. The guest house is its own space above the garage and is completely separate from the main house. Want a little more privacy? Check out the wireless blinds controlled by the push of a button.

15 minute ride to/from the Austin Bergstrom International Airport.
There is a bus stop around the corner from the house, just off 12th street.

You’ll be minutes away from Ladybird Lake (also known as town lake), 6th street, 4th street district, Rainey Street, Moody center, ACL and the congress street bridge where millions of Mexican tail bats put on a nightly show during the summer months. The world-famous Franklin BBQ is only a short walk away as well as numerous other fantastic bars and restaurants.

You’ll have access to the guest house during your stay. Please note there is a main house on the property but is completely separate with its own separate entrance.
