Flinders View Beach House

This property has some of the best panoramic views in Augusta...
In winter whales playing in the bay are clearly visible from the balcony, along with views of East Augusta, Flinders Bay and the Blackwood River mouth. The beach is only 120 metres away and it is also a lovely walk to the crystal clear waters of Flinders Bay jetty. Walking is one of the joys of Augusta and the sealed footpath from the house into the town, the beach, and the delightful river foreshore is enchanting.
Whales are not the only attraction in Augusta, the local pod of dolphins are seen cruising the river and the beautiful grassed picnic area at The Colour Patch. The modern two storey house is light, spacious, comfortable and very functional.
