This noble penthouse apartment is currently being refurbished on a grand scale and awaits you with great facilities, a large roof terrace and can accommodate 8 guests.
The elevator takes you directly from the underground parking garage to the apartment.
A 120 square meter penthouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen awaits you.
Start your day right with delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this penthouse: the roof terrace with an exclusive jacuzzi (The Whirlpool is out of service), spacious seating areas for 8 people, barbecue, hammock chair and great views included.
All bedrooms have comfortable 1.60m queen-size beds, one is equipped with two beds and a smart TV.
In the living room you`ll find a large dining area for 8 people and a comfortable seating area with two sofas, armchair, large smart TV and surround system.
The kitchen is of course fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, water dispenser, dishwasher and everything else you need to prepare delicious meals.
Both bathrooms are equipped with showers, one has an additional bathtub and the penthouse comes with a washing machine and dryer as well.
Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo.
We provide quality bed linen and towels. A welcome set with coffee and tea as well as a small care kit also await you.

- Cleaning during the stay can also be booked at an extra charge
The Weber grill must be cleaned by our guests after use - all relevant equipment is available.
If the grill is not being cleaned, we charge an additional cleaning fee of 50 €.
A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
