This 2 storey Mathesons Bay holiday home is an easy set up for 6 guests. Enjoy open-plan living with great indoor/outdoor flow downstairs. There is ample decking accessed from both the dining and living areas with bush surrounds and sea views, making a fantastic backdrop as you dine outdoors. There is a closed woodburner fireplace in the living room to keep you toasty in the cooler months, and a bathroom off the kitchen area.

The internal stairs take you up to the 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed and enjoys sea and bush views. Bedroom 2 is fitted with a double bed, and bedroom 3 with 2 singles. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are situated toward the front of the house upstairs. An additional bathroom completes this floor.

Keep your holiday as low key or adventure packed as you wish, with plenty to keep you busy in the local area. There are a selection of beautiful beaches within close proximity. Check out the renowned Matakana markets a short drive away, or simply chill at Tirimoana.
