Ideal for large groups, this spacious property offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of the ocean or use the kayaks provided to explore the beautiful coastline.
Inside, the property is equally impressive, with comfortable living and dining areas that are perfect for entertaining guests or simply relaxing with family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The property features 4 bedrooms, all of which offer breathtaking ocean views. After a fun-filled day, retreat to your own private space and relax in comfort.
In addition to its convenient location, this property offers easy access to one of Auckland`s most popular coastal walks. The Milford to Takapuna coastline walk is widely regarded as one of the best walks in the region, offering stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape.
The track begins in Milford, which is just a short distance away, and winds its way around to Takapuna, covering a distance of 2km (1.25 miles). The track is directly in front of the house, making it an ideal starting point for those looking to enjoy this scenic walk.
As an added bonus, the house is situated at around the halfway point of the track, which means that guests can easily explore either direction of the walk and take in the stunning views along the way. Whether you`re a keen hiker or simply looking for a relaxing stroll along the coast, this property is the perfect base from which to explore Auckland`s beautiful coastline.
We offer contactless self-check in. This enables you to arrive when it suits you. Standard entry is from 3pm.
A Few days before you arrive you will be sent a unique door code to enter into the digital keypad. Once at the property the entire place is all yours.
This is one of the most secret beaches in Auckland. Minnehaha Beach is also known as Thorne Bay.
Unlike other famous beaches on the North Shore, Minnehaha Beach is a serene beach between Milford and Takapuna Beach. Thanks to it being accessible only on foot, Thorne Bay has a very unique atmosphere and is perfect for relaxing.
The surrounding neighbourhood is known for its beautiful homes, bustling cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. The area is also home to several parks and reserves, including Takapuna Beach Reserve, which offers stunning views of Rangitoto Island. Additionally, there are plenty of recreational activities to enjoy, such as water sports, cycling, and hiking, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists alike.
This property is conveniently situated for easy access to all that the surrounding area has to offer.
In terms of transportation, the Auckland Airport is approximately 30 kilometers or 18.6 miles away, which is about a 35-40 minute drive, depending on traffic conditions.
The Auckland Central Business District is around 11 kilometers or 6.8 miles away, and can be reached by car or public transport in approximately 20-30 minutes.
As for Takapuna, the property is located in this popular coastal suburb, and is within easy reach of the local shops, cafes, restaurants, and attractions. The distance between the property and Takapuna is approximately 2.5 kilometers or 1.5 miles, which can be reached by car or on foot in around 5-10 minutes. Enjoy the coast line walk from the house to Takapuna beach cafes.
Cleaning Fee:
Our house is cleaned thoroughly, and we have disinfected our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorhandles, tabletops, electronics, appliances, and control panels. Please contact us if youâd like to know more about how weâre protecting your health.
Furthermore our cleaning fee includes the restocking of essentials such as toilet paper, soap, conditioner, coffee etc. The sheets and towels that we use are commercial high quality hotel standard linens which is guaranteed to be clean, sanitised, fresh and pressed.
If when you arrive something isnât up to your standard, we are available 7 days until 10pm and will go above and beyond to ensure your home is sparkling clean.
Damage and Incidentals:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. Any such damage may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
The property reserves the right to charge for any incidentals or additional services requested by the guest.
Pet Policy:
We have a zero-pet policy. If we detect that pets have been in the home, any resulting damage or additional cleaning required may incur extra charges, which will be billed to your account.
Smoking Policy:
Please do not smoke or vape inside the home or anywhere on the property. If we detect any signs of smoking, including odors or residue, additional cleaning fees may apply, and these charges will be billed to your account.
Liability Disclaimer:
The property owner or Stay Luxe is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the guest`s stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables.
Compliance with Rules and Regulations:
We have zero tolerance for parties. If one is reported, we must call local law enforcement immediately. Please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Security call-out fees will be applied and charged to your account.
Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are valuable, so please handle them with care. If lost, a replacement fee will be applied to your account. If you lock yourself out, you will be responsible for the cost of delivering a spare key.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We wonât charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3 pm.
Fire and Evacuation Procedures:
Please refer to the procedures on the front of the building manual.
Property Inspections:
For stays of 21 days or longer, Stay Luxe reserves the right to conduct a property inspection at intervals of no less than every 21 days. Guests will be given reasonable prior notice of any scheduled inspection. Inspections will be carried out at a mutually convenient time with respect for guest privacy.
Truvi:
To ensure a safe and secure experience for both our guests and property owners, we partner with Truvi for a quick and seamless guest verification process. You will be asked to pay a small damage waiver via third-party provider Truvi to protect up to $500 in case of accidental damage during your stay. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in. Once this process is complete, you will receive all check-in instructions two days before arrival.
Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property. We kindly ask that you treat the space with care and do not exceed the number of guests permitted for your stay. Parties or events are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained before your booking.
