Princes Wharf is one of Auckland`s most instantly recognisable addresses — the elegant heritage finger wharf that stretches into the Waitematā Harbour at the heart of the city`s waterfront, flanked by water on both sides and with a maritime energy that is completely unlike anywhere else in the city. This spacious three-bedroom apartment on the upper floors puts that address at your disposal, with harbour and marina views from the private balcony that serve as a constant, lovely reminder of exactly where you are.
The apartment is generously proportioned and beautifully furnished throughout — an open-plan living and dining area that genuinely comfortably seats six, with large sliding glass doors opening onto the private balcony where the harbour views and fresh sea air make a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine feel considerably more special than it has any right to. The kitchen is fully equipped for serious self-catering — oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and a coffee maker — with all cooking essentials, oil, salt, pepper, tea, and coffee already on hand for your arrival.
The three bedrooms cover every configuration a group of six could want. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own walk-in shower ensuite. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third has a queen — all with quality linen and comfortable furnishings. A second well-appointed bathroom with full laundry setup serves the second and third bedrooms, and the washer and dryer mean longer stays are entirely practical without the faff of finding a laundromat.
Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and a welcome supply of basic kitchen essentials are provided — the kind of thoughtful touches that take the edge off a long journey and make the first morning feel easy. Smart TV with streaming, high-speed WiFi, and air conditioning complete a package that works equally well for a family holiday, a group getaway, or an extended work-and-travel visit to Auckland. A secure allocated car park is included throughout your stay.
The entire apartment is yours — all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, open-plan living and dining area, private balcony, and one secure allocated car park. Keys are collected from the lockboxes located a short 5 minute walk from the apartment — easy to find and available at any hour. Full instructions, lockbox location, and access codes will be sent to you the day before your arrival so everything is clear before you get here.
To ensure a smooth arrival, we ask all guests to complete a short online pre-check-in form and upload a valid government-issued photo ID before arriving — this takes just a couple of minutes. A private airport transfer can also be arranged at additional cost with at least 48 hours notice — your driver will collect the keys and meet you at the airport for a direct drop-off at the apartment door.
A complimentary welcome supply of shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, salt, and pepper is provided — everything you need to settle in comfortably on arrival. The washer and dryer in the second bathroom make this an excellent choice for longer stays.
Weekly and monthly discount rates are available and apply automatically — this apartment is well suited to extended stays given the full kitchen, in-apartment laundry, and secure parking. This is a non-smoking, no-vaping property throughout including the balcony. No parties or events. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Checkout is by 10:00 AM.

Walk off the wharf and within minutes you are at the Auckland Ferry Terminal for daily services to Waiheke Island, Devonport, and the Hauraki Gulf. The Viaduct Harbour`s celebrated restaurant and bar strip is a five-minute walk, as is Commercial Bay`s flagship waterfront retail and dining complex. Britomart`s cobblestoned laneway precinct — with its boutique designer stores, acclaimed restaurants, and specialty coffee — is equally close.
Wynyard Quarter and the North Wharf dining precinct are a comfortable waterfront stroll, offering Baduzzi, Hello Beasty, Silo Park, and the Auckland Fish Market alongside some of the city`s best waterfront atmosphere. The CBD`s Queen Street, Sky Tower, and Aotea Centre are all within easy walking distance, and the Queens Wharf public space directly alongside the wharf has become one of the most animated outdoor destinations in the city — particularly in summer.
Auckland is easily explored from Princes Wharf. The Auckland Ferry Terminal is steps away with regular services to Waiheke Island, Devonport, and the Hauraki Gulf. Britomart Transport Centre is a 10-minute walk with full train network connections. The Inner Link and Outer Link buses connect the central suburbs with frequent daily services. Uber and taxis are available at all hours throughout the waterfront precinct. A secure car park is included with the apartment for those who need a vehicle — the motorway network is accessible for day trips further afield. Auckland Airport is approximately 30 to 40 minutes by car or shuttle

Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the suite or anywhere in the apartment, building, complex or balcony.
In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.
Check in available after 3pm through lock box key collection. Lock boxes are located a short distance away, full details will be sent prior to arrival. We advise collecting the keys on your way to the apartment, if coming to the city via taxi or UBER, ask the taxi to wait a second while you collect the key. The walk to the apartment from the lock box is not far, but no one wants to walk in the city with suitcases!
