The Viaduct Harbour is one of Auckland`s most walkable addresses — almost everything in the central city is accessible on foot. Britomart Transport Centre connects the full Auckland train network and is a short stroll. The Auckland Ferry Terminal is nearby for Waiheke Island and harbour services. To ensure a smooth arrival, we ask all guests to complete a short online pre-check-in form and upload a valid government-issued photo ID before arriving — this takes just a couple of minutes.

This is a non-smoking, no-vaping property throughout — including the balcony and all common areas. No parties or events. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM.

The second bedroom has a single bed — this room is well suited to a child, a solo travelling companion, or a guest who wants their own space and bathroom. It is not a configuration for two adults sharing the room. Please factor this in when booking for a group.

Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the suite or anywhere in the apartment, building, complex or balcony.

In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.

Check in available after 3pm through lock box key collection. Lock boxes are located a short distance away, full details will be sent prior to arrival. We advise collecting the keys on your way to the apartment, if coming to the city via taxi or UBER, ask the taxi to wait a second while you collect the key. The walk to the apartment from the lock box is not far, but no one wants to walk in the city with suitcases!
