Fully equipped with everything you need including: balcony, off-street parking, coffee machine, our 5-bedroom ocean view home is designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind.

The property boasts ample space and features that make it ideal for families and multi-families. The large open plan living, captures a gorgeous outlook overlooking the ocean and Rangitoto Island. This large dining and light filled living space extends gracefully onto a large, weather proof balcony that is ideal for late afternoon BBQ’s or evening cocktails. Perfect for executive family living or multi-families, this property features high speed WIFI, air-conditioning, flat screen TV, seven beds, BBQ and a full laundry.

You can wander down to the beach (3 minute drive) – take in the magnificent views while exercising on the promenade walk that stretches over 10 km from Auckland’s CBD to St Heliers. Pop up to New World at Eastridge Shopping Centre, only 500m away and open for online orders. Eastridge boasts a wonderful Eatery with various local and international flavours under one roof for your dine in or take out needs.

Our kitchen has everything you need. Fitted out with; coffee machine, induction cooktop, oven, cooking utensils, kettle, full fridge/freezer, toaster & microwave. All tea/coffee condiments (including ground coffee) are provided.

Enjoy dining either in- or outdoors, both with great views out ocean.

1. Start the day with a workout:
Kohimarama is a fitness-lovers paradise! Enjoy running, walking, cycling or skating alongside the beach, or maybe you’re a water baby - swimming, paddle-boarding or kayaking might be your thing. Kohimarama`s beach is safe to swim year-round!

2. Refuel with coffee and brunch
Kohi Beach Eatery and Store is a fave with the locals with awesome, friendly staff, amazing coffee and the most delicious brioche that are delivered fresh DAILY.

3. Head to Mission Bays beachfront playground:
Mission Bay`s playground is well known far and wide by parents and kids. Enjoy the fantastic views of the beach, islands, boats and fountain.

4. Check out our historic sites
NZ ‘s first ever flying school was established in Mission Bay in 1915 and we have the sculpture to prove it! The historic Mission House stands at the site of the late 1840s Melanesia Mission which gives Mission Bay its name. Or head up to Bastion Point via the walkway from Tamaki Drive and enjoy some of the best views in Auckland.

5. Head to the movies in one of Auckland’s oldest (and coolest) cinemas
The Berkeley Cinema is one of the oldest theatres in Auckland. Bringing you the latest blockbusters and independent titles.

6. Fish and Chips by the beach for lunch – the fancy way!
There’s no doubt about it, we love our beach, but sometimes we just want to enjoy our fish and chips without the seagulls. Head to De Fontein for a delicious serving of fresh beer-battered fish and chips for lunch. Or you can even take it up a level on the seafood stakes and try their amazing steamed mussel pots – so tasty!

7. Picnic at the beach

- Auckland`s Ferry Terminal provides regular ferries (usually every 30 minutes) to the beautiful Waiheke Island where you can experience some of NZ`s best wines and their beautiful vineyards.
- There are plenty of adventures on offer, such as Bungee Jumping, Whale and Dolphin Watching, Fishing, Jet Boat Tours, just to name a few.

Auckland Airport to Kohimarama:
Auckland Airport is 22km from Kohimarama. There are various options to choose from to get to the Mission Bay. The quickest and most convenient way is via Taxis or Uber. However there are less expensive options such as airport shuttles or buses. See below for more detail:

Taxis:
A taxi to Kohimarama will take around 45 minutes, depending on traffic, and can cost from $80–$100. There are well signposted taxi ranks at both International and Domestic terminals. Corporate Cabs - Green Cabs

Shuttle Bus:
There is a different rank for shuttles. Shuttle offer you the option of shared rides, which can be more economical than taking a taxi. However this usually takes longer as the shuttle make multiple drop offs. This fare costs $49 for one person and $59 for two (the passenger decreases as you increase number of passengers). Cleaning Fee:
Our property is cleaned thoroughly, and we have disinfected our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorhandles, tabletops, electronics, appliances, and control panels. Please contact us if you’d like to know more about how we’re protecting your health.

Furthermore our cleaning fee includes the restocking of essentials such as toilet paper, soap, conditioner, coffee etc. The sheets and towels that we use are commercial high quality hotel standard linens which is guaranteed to be clean, sanitised, fresh and pressed.

Damage and Incidentals:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. Any such damage may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs.

Pet Policy:
We have a zero-pet policy. If we detect that pets have been in the home, any resulting damage or additional cleaning required may incur extra charges, which will be billed to your account.

Smoking Policy:
Please do not smoke or vape inside the home or anywhere on the property. If we detect any signs of smoking, including odors or residue, additional cleaning fees may apply, and these charges will be billed to your account.

Liability Disclaimer:
The property owner or Stay Luxe is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the guest`s stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations:
We have zero tolerance for parties. If one is reported, we must call local law enforcement immediately. Please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Security call-out fees will be applied and charged to your account.

Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are valuable, so please handle them with care. If lost, a replacement fee will be applied to your account. If you lock yourself out, you will be responsible for the cost of delivering a spare key.

Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3 pm.

Property Inspections:
For stays of 21 days or longer, Stay Luxe reserves the right to conduct a property inspection at intervals of no less than every 21 days. Guests will be given reasonable prior notice of any scheduled inspection. Inspections will be carried out at a mutually convenient time with respect for guest privacy.

Truvi:
To ensure a safe and secure experience for both our guests and property owners, we partner with Truvi for a quick and seamless guest verification process. You will be asked to pay a small damage waiver via third-party provider Truvi to protect up to $500 in case of accidental damage during your stay. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in. Once this process is complete, you will receive all check-in instructions two days before arrival.
