Built in 2021 but never used ,two Bedroom Unit in Pukekohe attached to our house.
Our place is good for couples and families (with kids)
3 guests ,able to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Please confirm before booking if more than 3 guests.
close to bus stop and 3-4 minutes drive to pukekohe town.
quiet place.
Sorry, we do not provide breakfast.
Tea and Coffee are supplied. There is a strict no-smoking policy. Please respect our home by leaving it tidy. Families are preferred.

This modern two bed room house attached to our main portion but completely private is perfect for up to 3 guests or a family of four(three adults,one kid), It features a fully equipped kitchen.please see photos ,got multifunction oven,+air fryer countertop oven,2000w induction cooker(see photos), one smart TVs, one AC units, Enjoy free off street parking and easy access to local attractions. around 40 minutes drive to airport(traffic dependent) and hour drive to Hamilton.close to Pukekohe town and grocery stores,bus stop with in a minute drive.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the house will be perfect for your arrival.

Please note we have a portable fold-out baby cot for up to age 3.

The second bedroom features one single bed. Large glass windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The beds are equipped with clean, crisp linens and soft, plush pillows, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep for your stay.


The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch and features a Smart TV for your entertainment, while large glass doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space.

The dining area comfortably seats 4, making it perfect for family meals or gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as an oven, refrigerator, and microwave, providing everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

To ensure comfort year-round, the property is equipped with one inverters providing efficient heating during the cooler months and cooling in the summer.Also Fans provided.
Additionally, there is plenty of off street parking space for two cars, making it a great choice for guests arriving with vehicles. For a seamless stay, a secure lockbox is available on request , allowing for smooth self-check-in and check-out at your convenience.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: shampoo and conditioner, bodywash, x tea/coffee, Toilet paper rolls, 1dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.please enquire if you would like check out at later stage. please note there may be charges applied.

The guest house is at the back of where we live, but it is completely private and without interference. Kids might be playing in the backyard during off-school time or watering the garden, but there is no interference with your privacy. We will avoid the above activities during guests` stays.

Air bnb message

We have two chickens in the back of the house that occasionally make noise, but they are usually very quiet. There is no rooster. The backyard/garden area is where the entrance is, but guest privacy is not compromised.
You`ll be staying in someone`s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
1. There is strictly no smoking or parties. Please respect our home by leaving it tidy. Families are preferred. A few quiet drinks are fine, but if you want a house to party in, then sorry, but this is not the house for you.
2-In the spirit of full disclosure, we would like our guests to know that we have security cameras located on the exterior of the property, including the front, backyard, and driveway. This is purely for house security reasons only. There is absolutely no surveillance of any kind inside the house to impinge on guests` privacy.

We love to host guests seeking a relaxing getaway, but to ensure the comfort of neighbours and guests, we do not permit hen or stag parties at our property. Please note that once checkout time has passed, please don`t enter the property without our prior permission. This is a direct violation of privacy and the rules of the house, and you are entering someone else`s house without permission. There are $150 charges if staying or returning beyond the agreed-upon check-out time.
Please determine the number of guests at the time of booking. No unregistered guests are allowed to stay. Having unregistered guests is a direct violation of the house rules. It is very important for insurance liability and safety issues. All guests need to be registered. Please let us know if this is the case, and we can update your booking accordingly. Please note that there is $50/night per unregistered guest.
