Just one block from Woolworths and a short stroll to Ponsonby Road, youâll have Aucklandâs best restaurants, cafĂ©s, and bars right on your doorstep. Whether youâre in the mood for world-class dining, a casual brunch, or boutique shopping, everything is within easy reach.
Despite its central location, the apartment is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The huge double-height living space is flooded with afternoon and evening sun, creating a warm, uplifting atmosphere that feels instantly relaxing. Perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day in the city.
The main bedroom provides a comfortable retreat, while the lounge includes a high-quality pull-out couch for additional guests. Youâll also enjoy the convenience of onsite secure parking and an easy commute into Auckland CBD, whether by car, bus, or e-scooter.
This is not your standard apartment, itâs a unique, thoughtfully designed space that combines style, comfort, and location to make your stay in Auckland something special.
Guests will have all full access to the property throughout their stay.
We`re happy to answer any questions you have about the local area. Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by sending a message through your booking provider. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.
The door self locks it closes, so always be sure to bring your keys with you when you leave.
Please note that the blinds in the living area are sheer.
A Portacot is available on request for $18 per night
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 10pm - 8am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- No shoes allowed inside
- If you lose the key/swipe tag a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
