Fully equipped studio apartment on the exterior of the complex with large opening doors to let in the fresh air offering a pleasant outlook over the Viaduct Precinct. Renovated interior with full kitchen, high class furnishings and top quality linen and bathtub.

Check in is conveniently via our office which is right next door to the Quays complex. Our friendly and efficient team will personally welcome you on arrival and and give instructions to access your private apartment.

The Quays complex is right in the heart of the Viaduct, Auckland`s most desired central real estate with an array of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The buzzing Wynyard Quarter development is within a 10 minute walk and the new Commercial Bay establishment offers high end retail and a wide range of classy food options. Enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your complex, work off last night’s meal in the gym or pop in for some laps in the public pool.

The ferry terminal is a five minute walk, we recommend visiting Waiheke Island, perhaps even a winery tour while you’re there! The Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by and taxis are all available at the entrance to Princes Wharf. The Auckland Explorer Bus is the city`s original hop on hop off sightseeing tour and pick up is across the road from Princes Wharf. Explore Auckland`s top attractions in your own time and enjoy interesting commentary and friendly service along the way.

Great location with a great view within walking distance to some of the really good dining options, clubs and a Woolworths/countdown. As expected when booking a room in the heart of the CBD there can be some slight noise pollution from the surrounding venues as of a night however did not pose any real issue during my stay. My biggest recommendation would be to book direct through the "stayltd.co.nz" website as I was not completely satisfied with how the expedia website handled my payment for the stay. I'd definitely stay here again by booking direct with the property agent Stay Limited

In the heart of it all

Great, one bedroom apartment with everything we needed for the few nights we were there. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, clubs, shopping, public transport, and the ferry terminal. Convenient location did not have to hire a car. Would highly recommend earplugs for sleeping at night. Whilst the restaurants close by about 11pm, the bars and live Entertainment are still going till 3 am. We were ok with it.

Great for a get away

I booked this little studio apartment for a 2 week work trip and while it is central and convenient from a location perspective, it is very noisy at night. So, if you are in the area to party, it’s perfect. If you want to have an early night and work the next day, be ready to listen to all of the Aussie and NZ classic rock songs as the live band at Rudy’s plays every night until at least 11:30
.if you pair that with an early morning sporting event at the sports bar
.you are done for.

Unfortunately the toilet water was running & needs fixing. Also bathroom door did not shut easily. No dishwashing Cleaner left for dishwasher.
