Set high above Oneroa within the private Delamore Cove Estate, this collection of four self-contained apartments offers a rare balance of space, privacy, and connection. Surrounded by native bush and sea views that reach across the bay to Motuihe Island, itâs a calm, sunlit setting made for travelling together, close, but never crowded.
Each apartment has been individually designed, creating distinct spaces that flow naturally as one. Three of the units, Kauri, KĆwhai, and MÄnuka include well-equipped kitchenettes, ideal for simple meals or extended stays. The fourth, KÄraka Studio, offers tea and coffee facilities, a microwave, toaster, and bar fridge for light breakfasts or late-night snacks.
All apartments feature comfortable queen beds, modern ensuites, and living areas that open to the air and light. KĆwhai Apartment also includes a second bedroom with a bunk bed (queen below, single above), making it a natural choice for families or small groups. Every space includes Wi-Fi, Netflix, and flat-screen TVs, with thoughtful touches that make settling in effortless.
Each apartment opens to outdoor space with either a private balcony, porch, or BBQ area, and all guests have access to the shared gardens and walkways within the estate. Itâs easy to find your own quiet corner or come together at the end of the day, watching the light shift across the water.
