The studio is comfortable and uncluttered, with high ceilings, muted furnishings, and large sliding doors that open directly onto a private balcony. The balcony includes a BBQ and outdoor seating, with uninterrupted views from sea to sky.
Inside, the space includes a comfortable queen bed, a modern ensuite bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette suited to simple meals or longer stays. The studio also includes a flat-screen TV, Netflix, Starlink Wi-Fi, and on-site parking just steps from the door.

Shared access is available to the gardens within the Delamore Cove Estate, a quiet area surrounded by native trees and sea views. The Te Ara Hura walking track passes directly by the property entrance, offering easy access to coastal and bush walks.
Check-in is from 2:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:30 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on booking schedules and same-day turnover.

Delamore Cove is located just above Oneroa Village, surrounded by native bush and overlooking the Hauraki Gulf. This part of the island feels quiet and private while remaining close to cafés, beaches, vineyards, and walking tracks.
Start the day with coffee at Wai Kitchen overlooking the bay or visit Fenice for relaxed breakfasts and long lunches. Cable Bay and Mudbrick Vineyard are only a few minutes away and are well known for local wines, seasonal food, and sunset views across the water toward the city.
The Te Ara Hura trail runs past the estate, connecting to coastal headlands, sculpture park routes, Blackpool Beach, and Oneroa Village. Oneroa Beach is also close by for swimming, picnics, and easy afternoons by the sea.

Getting around from Delamore Cove is easy. The property is about a five-minute drive from the Matiatia passenger ferry terminal and just a few minutes from Oneroa Village, Little Oneroa Beach, and the islandâs main bus routes.
If youâre not bringing a car, buses run regularly between the ferry, Oneroa, and Onetangi. The nearest stop is a short walk from the property, and most routes link to Waihekeâs beaches, cafĂ©s, and vineyards. Itâs a simple, scenic way to explore the island at your own pace.
E-bikes and scooters can be hired in Oneroa if youâd prefer to ride, and thereâs on-site parking just steps from the studio for guests with a vehicle.
