The Space:

Aqua Sands Studio 1 is a self-contained studio directly across the road from Little Oneroa Beach. It is positioned beneath a holiday home and is one of two separate studios located side by side.



The studio has its own entrance and a private covered patio. Inside, the open-plan layout combines the sleeping and living areas, with a king bed and a small lounge area. Doors open from the studio to the patio, providing additional covered space outside. A Smart TV is provided for streaming only. There is no free-to-air television, and guests will need to sign in using their own streaming service accounts.



The kitchenette is suitable for preparing breakfasts, snacks and light meals. It includes:

The kitchenette does not have the facilities of a full kitchen, making the studio best suited to guests who expect to prepare simple food or use nearby cafés and restaurants.

Parking is available on site. Please note that parking for Aqua Sands Studio 1 is at the top of a steep driveway, with room to turn around at the top using a three-point turn.



Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:30 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on bookings either side.



The Neighborhood:

Aqua Sands Studio 1 is directly across the road from Little Oneroa Beach.



Oneroa Village is within walking distance and has cafés, restaurants, shops and galleries. Oneroa Beach is also accessible from the village.



A local dairy is located near Little Oneroa Beach.



Getting Around:

Aqua Sands Studio 1 is close to the local bus route, with a stop near Little Oneroa Dairy. Regular buses connect to Oneroa, Onetangi, and Matiatia Ferry Terminal, making it easy to explore Waiheke without a car.



If you are driving, there is parking at the property. Hire cars, taxis, scooters, and e-bikes are also available on the island.



Other Things to Note:

The internet connection can be inconsistent and is not suitable for guests who require reliable internet for remote work, video calls or other high-bandwidth use. This property is not ideal as a work-from-home base..



Aqua Sands Studio 1 is one of two studios positioned side by side beneath a holiday home. Each studio has its own entrance and covered patio.



This is a self-catered holiday home, not a fully catered stay. We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, coffee, tea, and milk to help you settle in on arrival. Once these starter items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.



Beach towels are provided at properties with an available pool or spa. Guests staying at properties without a pool or spa will need to bring their own beach towels.

Our team is available 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
