Extended family or group of friends? This very central 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment could be perfect. Itâs situated in a secure small-scale apartment building that offers a range of apartment styles (see our other listings).
The apartment looks over K-road and features 3 queens and 1 king-single bed, a studio kitchen and lounge area. Shared laundry facilities are included and on-site secure covered parking is included.
This apartment is part of a unique space on Queen St, the apartments are grouped together and share paid laundry facilities. This apartment has 4 bedrooms (three rooms have a queen bed and the other one has a king single bed) and a lounge area. A perfect spot to crash after a busy day sight seeing or to spend time with your friends or family.
Guests have private access to their own apartment, plus shared access to the communal facilities.
Guests have total privacy, however our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by texting or emailing. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.
An upper Queen Street vantage point with everything the city has to offer spread out before you. A short downhill stroll brings you to Aucklandâs entertainment heart with the Aotea Centre, cinemas, theatres and Art Gallery. Plus youâre right on the cityâs premier shopping boulevard, boasting international fashion labels and more. Come for a show, shop for a bargain or chill out to K-roadâs bohemian cafĂ© vibe; youâre at the heart of Aucklandâs cosmopolitan best!
Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, art galleries, music venues, parks, shopping. Easy access to public transport, there is a bus stop right outside the building, or walk down to Britomart for trains and the ferry terminal.
If you are travelling in a larger group, please let us know as we can book other apartments in the same complex.
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises between 8pm - 7am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers or owners are required to attend their property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- If you set the smoke detector off in your apartment, do not open your door to the corridor. Open windows where possible, use the extractor fan or air conditioning. If you open the door to the corridor, the fire brigade will be called and you will have to pay a $1,500 fine.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
