Located a short drive or bike ride from Auburn's campus and conveniently at a Tiger Transit bus stop, this condo is ideally situated for exploring all that Auburn has to offer.

The Space:
Experience the comfort and convenience of our condo, starting with the open living room and kitchen. The kitchen boasts updated appliances such as the dishwasher and refrigerator, and range hood. You have a free washer and dryer for your convenience. The bedroom is spacious and features a Casper Original Queen size mattress.

For guests with babies and young children, we offer baby equipment rentals. Please message us after you book for information on how to rent through our trusted partner at BabyQuip.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire unit, plus the normal offerings of the condos including tennis courts, the ponds, basketball hoop on the tennis courts, pools, etc.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled within the tranquil enclave of The Brookes Condominiums, this condo offers a peaceful retreat, popular with graduate students. Its serene setting provides a welcome escape while still being conveniently located near local amenities. You'll find a blend of residential charm and accessibility, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or studying. War Eagle!

Getting Around:
Parking at the condo is plentiful and free. You are a short drive from everything.

Please note that despite being on Tiger Transit, the game day bus routes do NOT pick near The Brookes.

Other Things to Note:
This is a strict non-smoking property. Smoking within the unit will automatically result in a fine.

Baby equipment is available for rent. Please message after booking so that we can connect you to a trusted provider from BabyQuip.

Guests are allowed one pet under 40 pounds.

The complex should be generally quiet. If there are late parties or noise disturbances please report them to me.

To use the lamp in the living room, please make sure the switch by the front door is turned on.

Please be aware that this is a pet-friendly property. Pets include cats. The property is thoroughly cleaned after each stay.

Interaction with Guests:
You will not see me, but I am readily available and respond as quickly as possible.

For multi-week stays, my cleaning staff may do a mid stay or monthly clean in accordance with their availability.
