**Upon arrival we do have a Pre Checkin Procedure that requires Fully refundable $250 security deposit and a signed rental agreement. PETS $100 Non-Refundable see pet section for details.
This beautiful country living get away, is a guest house detached from the main home, located on a gated property. The property very private on a gated property. You do not have to have any interaction with the owners unless passing driving by on the drive way coming or going in and out of the property. We do ask you stay in the designated area (photo in listing outlines red area for guest) that will be described in the check-in instructions.
When accessing the property, there are two gates you will have to enter through. The main gate is operated by a remote control, which you will get with checkin instructions. The second gate is operated by hand. You just pull open and drive right through. What's living the country life, without a little hands on out on the farm! Please be easy while opening and closing the white gate, it is an old farm gate and needs a gentle love tap when opening and closing :)
You will notice a lake in the photos. The lake is for VIEWING ONLY. No access to the lake, we do not own anything outside the white gate. The owners will respect your privacy we ask that guest do the same :) Please take full advantage of our huge, beautiful pavilion that overlooks the lake. It is very tranquil and peaceful, and guest have full access to the Pavilion.
**We do not supply firewood for fireplace, so you will have to pick some up on the way to the property if plans to utilize it.
* Each of our properties is thoughtfully stocked with a starter supply of essential items to ensure a smooth and comfortable check-in experience. Guests are responsible for replenishing any additional items needed during their stay.
Other things to note:
â NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS â
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If youâre not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking. Up to $1000 fee for excessive cleanup.
â SHOESâ
Please leave shoes at the door. The entry rug reminds you to remove your shoes inside the home. carpets are very nice and clean and we would like no shoes on carpets. If carpets are dirty, could be subject to extra cleaning fees.
â ENTERTAINMENTâ
All of our smart TVs are Roku TV and you may use your own personal Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. accounts by simply logging in. Please enjoy the Foosball table and our large outdoor pavilion..
â PARKINGâ
You will see two "guest parking signs". Please park in the designated areas. Do not block the owners road. Max 2 cars allowed on property at one time, please reach out for request for additional vehicles.
â PETS â
2 pets allowed ONLY. A non-refundable portion of $100 from the initial security deposit applies to all reservations that include pets. This is a flat fee, not charged per pet. All pets must be disclosed and approved by the host prior to or at the time of booking. Failure to communicate the presence of pets in your reservation may result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit. The additional cleaning fee is applied to covers the cost of a comprehensive sanitation process performed by our cleaning staff to ensure the removal of additionlal pet hair, germs, and allergens, so we can maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all guests. We do not allow pets on furniture and only house trained pets are allowed in the home. If there is any sign of pet urine, feces, or pets on furniture, the entire deposit will be forfeited. You are also required to pick up all pet waste out of the yard area. If this rule is not followed you will forfeit the deposit as well. (there are poop bags supplied for use, located in the laundry room of the home for easy disposal). Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
â SECURITYâ
There are two security cameras on the premises. 1 is overlooking the pavilion, and one camera at the front door. They are used to prevent unwanted visits, safety of owner and guests. Please let us know if you have any concerns about the cameras prior to booking your reservation.

We work diligently to answer all your messages in a timely manner. During normal business hours between 8am-5pm, we will be able to answer any questions extremely quick. Anything outside normal business hours please give us some time to respond, as we will answer all questions as soon as possible. We strive to have to best communication with all guests.
If it is after business hours and you need immidiate assistance, please make a phone call to the number on file for your booking reservation. We would be more than happy to take your call and help assist you in anyway possible.
