Welcome to our newly renovated 4BR 2Bath Beach Home at the south end of Ocean City, NJ! This first-floor property is located at 47th and West Ave. Its the perfect space to spend time with friends and family! Conveniently located 2.5 short blocks from the beach...You can see the beach entrance from the front door! 47th street beach is peaceful and removed from the crowds. If you're looking for more action, the house is just a 10 minute car ride to the boardwalk! Just a few minutes from parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops!

Enjoy unobstructed views of stunning sunsets over the bay from the back deck! You can relax and spread out on the spacious deck, if you prefer to be outside, or enjoy the open-concept living room and dining space indoors. The living room comes equipped with Wifi and a large flat screen TV. 2 King Beds, 2 Queen and 1 Trundle Twin Bed (2 Twins). 2 Full Bathrooms. Large Primary Bathroom with luxurious rainfall shower head to freshen up after a long day of fun in the sun!

House is equipped with AC and ceiling fans in every bedroom. Outdoor Shower and storage area in rear! For your convenience, there's an extra refrigerator for storing your cool beverages and packing up your cooler before hitting the beach! The unit has a new full-size washer and dryer. You will need to bring your own linens and bath towels or rent them from a local service.

Had some issues when we first arrived such as the AC being broken and the people upstairs were extremely loud keeping us up until past midnight. The first day was dealt with dealing with AC repair but the host was quick to get someone out. The floors weren’t clean when we arrived so we needed to mop the floors, but the rest of the property was pretty clean. The location and amplitude was great. The amenities were lacking such as hand soap being refilled with water instead of actual soap, or lack of paper products. But the stay was great location and nice back deck. Other than how noisey the people upstairs were (the footsteps sounded like bowling balls), everything was great!

The house CV is completely as advertised. Spacious and nicely well equipped kitchen and dining area. We loved both the front and back porches as well as the proximity to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great Location & Responsive Host

We had a great stay at this beach house in Ocean City. It’s a short walk to the beach, and the host provided 4 beach tags and chairs, which was a nice bonus. The front and back porches were spacious, and check-in was smooth with clear instructions.The host responded quickly to any questions. The house was a bit smaller than expected, especially the living area, and 2 bathrooms for 10 people was a bit tight. The trash can was small and didn’t hold bags well, and the outdoor shower had a leak into the garage.Overall, a good stay with a few minor issues.

Great Stay for Families

We had a wonderful time with our extended family of 10. The space was comfortable, clean and John answered all of our questions promptly. Stunning sunset views from the spacious back patio were a highlight of our trip. An easy walk to the beach as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyable weekend away

We had a great long weekend in the OCNJ newly renovated home. It was a very quick walk to the beach, which was nice for coming back to house for toddler naps. The back deck is beautiful, really enjoyed watching the sunset out there. Kitchen is fully stocked with nice appliances. It was clean on arrival. The bedrooms are good sizes with comfortable beds. The shared bathroom however is very tight. It worked for our family, but if someone, other than toddlers, were staying in the 4th bedroom, it’d be tricky to navigate. You can also hear everything above you, but truthfully that’s always been my experience in homes like this at the beach, so it didn’t bother us. The owner was very attentive, responsive & accommadting which was very nice & appreciated. We had a great weekend!

Pristine rental with excellent beach access

Recently redone house, very clean, everything in pristine condition. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat in all week. We especially enjoyed the separate ice machine which supplied enough ice for all 8 of us. Decor is modern and spare which was perfect for our 11 month old because there wasn’t much for him to get into. Front and back decks add tons of extra living space with very comfortable outdoor furniture where we spent hours. Location 2.5 blocks from the beach is fabulous, an easy walk. There’s also a wonderful playground about 4 blocks away. Excellent communication from host. Everything was just as described with none of the little extras provided—expect to bring your own trash bags and dishwasher detergent in addition to linens. The only downside for us was a lack of soundproofing between the first and second floor. This is the first floor unit and we heard every footstep from the second floor.

Family beach week

This home was a perfect location on the quiet side of Ocean City. It was perfectly clean, in fact appeared very recently renovated. The house was spacious and beds very comfy. Would gladly book again!
