Escape to this spacious 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom beach block retreat in Ventnor, NJ, perfect for large groups or family gatherings! With ample space to sleep up to 26 guests, this home features multiple living areas, two spacious kitchens, and large living and dining spaces. Enjoy the outdoors with four private decks and patios! Located just steps from the beach, boardwalk, and local dining, it’s the perfect home base for a memorable Jersey Shore getaway.

Living/Dining:
This luxurious home is comprised of two units. Unit 1 (2BR/1BA) is on the ground floor, while Unit 2 (6BR/3.5BA) begins on the 1st floor and goes up to the 3th floor). The entire home offers expansive and elegantly designed living spaces that are perfect for hosting large groups in style. Unit 1 (the ground floor) features a newly updated kitchen with high-end appliances and sleek finishes, seamlessly opening to a spacious dining area that invites relaxation and socializing. In Unit 2, the main house, the open floor plan flows effortlessly between the family room, dining area, and pool table, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The dining room leads directly to a beautiful outdoor deck, furnished with a stylish sitting bar, stools, and a gas grill, perfect for alfresco dining or cocktails while enjoying the fresh air. The kids playroom offers additional space for little ones to have fun.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
The property features a total of 8 luxurious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, designed with the utmost attention to detail for ultimate comfort and convenience. Unit 1, located on the ground floor, includes two spacious bedrooms: one with a queen bed and a dresser, and the other with two queen beds and a dresser. The unit also boasts a beautifully appointed full bathroom. Moving up to Unit 2, the second floor features a large bedroom with four queen beds in the form of two queen-size bunk beds, offering ample space for families or large groups. This bedroom is complemented by a Jack & Jill full bathroom shared with a second bedroom, which also has two queen beds. The second floor also features a cozy lounge area with a refrigerator bar, a futon for additional sleeping space, and a luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a newly renovated master bathroom. On the third floor, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, including one with a queen bed and a full bed, another with two queen beds, and a queen suite with a futon and access to a private deck that offers panoramic views of the ocean and Ventnor city. The third floor also includes a full bathroom, ensuring ultimate convenience and privacy for all guests.

Outdoor Space:
The outdoor areas of this luxurious home are just as exceptional as the interior. Unit 1 offers a private entrance, but the main outdoor spaces are found in Unit 2. The first floor features a stunning front porch is complete with a dining table and seating lounge, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors or simply relaxing in the fresh air. The rear deck is complemented by a well-appointed outdoor bar area with stools and a gas grill for cooking up your favorite meals in style. A massive second-floor deck off the lounge area is the perfect spot to kick it under the sun. The third floor boasts a private deck attached to the queen suite, where guests can enjoy sweeping views of the ocean and Ventnor city, making it the perfect spot to unwind or enjoy a morning coffee.

This entire luxurious duplex, which includes both Unit 1 and Unit 2, is available for your exclusive use. The property combines high-end design with ample space, offering the perfect setting for a memorable stay on the Jersey Shore.

What to Bring:
Just your clothes! Host House supplies this property with: fresh linens, fresh towels, beach chairs, and beach tags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and more!

Entire space of Unit 1 (ground floor unit) and Unit 2 (main house unit), is included in this rental.

Please remember our home is in a residential area. Be respectful at all times and be mindful of quiet hours.

North Beach is the section of Ventnor that runs from Jackson Avenue (Atlantic City border) to the North side of Surrey Avenue, from the beach to the bay.

North Beach is home to a diverse community of year-round and summer residents. We are close to Atlantic City`s exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping & transportation. The community contains many wonderful restaurants, retail establishments, professionals and service companies.


* Beach is 200 steps from house, boardwalk is 150 steps and can walk to Margate to the right and AC to the left.
* Full playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and sand volleyball to the right off the board walk.
* Farmer`s market every Friday 8am-12pm.

Travel to Atlantic City by jumping on the Jitney. The Jitney is Atlantic City’s long-running, primary form of public transportation. You can ride the Jitney from one end of Atlantic City to the other for a low fare.

If you fancy traveling at a slower pace during the weekend, take a bike ride on the beachfront in Ventnor, New Jersey, which connects to the Atlantic City boardwalk.

Uber & Lyft are also great options to check out at show in Atlantic City, or to visit Lucy the Elephant in Margate!

Please note the above description outlines this is a two family home with two separate entrances. Both units are included in this listing, and all spaces and amenities are for your use only. Stairs must be climbed to gain entry to Unit 2 (Floors 1-3). A small step down is required to gain entry to Unit 1 (ground floor).

TV`s:
There are TV`s in every bedroom, living room areas and the game room.
All of our Tv`s are Smart Tv`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

PARKING:
Only street parking available. We will provide 4 parking passes that can be used. If not returned or lost upon checkout, there will be a fee of $300 per pass.

DAMAGE WAIVER:
When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection.

HVAC:
Unit 1: Mini split system
Unit 2: First floor has mini split system, 2nd & 3rd floors have central heat/air.

The charge listed as “management fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events. Your reservation will be terminated immediately, and you`ll be removed from the property.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
