The home was designed and furnished specifically to be a vacation rental, no detail was overlooked. The home is located on the first street in Atlantic City, just 1.5 blocks to the beach. It sleeps 15 people, and features on site parking, A/C, brand new furnishings, HD TVs, comfy bedding and towels, 3 outdoor patio spaces, and a BBQ.

Living and Dining:
Welcome to our luxurious Jersey Shore retreat! This just renovated home boasts ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The spacious living room on the first floor offers plush seating for everyone. Adjacent to the living area, you`ll find a generously sized dining room with seating for 10 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together.

Kitchen:
Prepare gourmet meals in our chef`s kitchen, equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances. The quartz wraparound countertop provides ample cooking workspace, complemented by four barstools. Whether you`re whipping up a quick breakfast or indulging in a culinary masterpiece, this kitchen has everything you need.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
This luxury home features six elegantly appointed bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. On the second floor, the master bedroom awaits with a king-sized DreamCloud mattress, desk, desk chair, and a cozy couch that doubles as a full-sized pullout bed. The stunning en suite bathroom boasts tiled floors, tiled surround, and luxurious fixtures. Additionally, all bathrooms in the house feature Bluetooth-enabled fans, allowing you to enjoy your favorite tunes while freshening up.
Two of the bedrooms on the second floor share a Jack and Jill-style bathroom, complete with tiled floors, a tiled surround, and brushed gold fixtures. The full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor as well.
On the first floor, the first bedroom features a queen mattress with an adjustable powerbase platform, along with an en suite bathroom for added convenience. The remaining two bedrooms on the first floor are perfect for kids, each equipped with a full over twin bunk bed setup.

Outdoor Space:
Experience outdoor living at its finest with three inviting outdoor spaces. Step out onto the second-floor fiberglass deck off the master bedroom, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails with a view. Just upon the entrance to the home, the front patio offers a charming space to unwind and soak in the atmosphere of this quiet neighborhood.
The highlight of the outdoor space is the massive rear deck, featuring a dining table that seats 10 guests and an additional seating area with a comfortable couch and two armchairs. This home is nestled on a quiet residential street on the border of Ventnor and Atlantic City. Located just 1.5 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk, this location offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement.

Half a block away, you`ll find convenient access to the jitney stop, making it easy to explore the city`s attractions with ease. Whether you`re headed to the iconic boardwalk, the bustling casinos, or trendy restaurants and shops, transportation is readily available.

For those looking to try their luck at the tables, the Tropicana Casino is just a 5-minute Uber ride away, and other major casinos within a 10-minute radius.

This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection.

The charge listed as “management fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
