Brand new for 2023, this home is outfitted with all new plumbing, electrical, and a 2-zone HVAC system featuring central air for your comfort. Original exposed brick adorns one side of the building, characteristic of an historic downtown rowhouse. Enjoy the spacious rooms and fully-equipped kitchen.

We have the entryway scheduled to be fully renovated and beautified. While the space is fully functional it can be a bit of eye sore. We are working to have this fixed within the next few weeks. This is correctly pictured in the listing photos. In addition, you will notice a space on the second floor for a washer dryer - we special ordered the proper appliances for this space and they will be installed soon.



While the listing clearly states no parking provided we are working to create a parking situation that assists our guests. If you are having difficulty finding parking, please feel free to contact the property manager who may be able to assist.

While we do not tolerate excessive partying (particularly with guests who are not included on your reservation), we welcome bachelor party and bachelorette party groups. Please advise beforehand, and we are happy to make recommendations for your bachelor/bachelorette parties!



We also welcome groups coming to town on golf trips, business/corporate retreats, family reunions, and milestone birthdays.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire house as well as free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, and access to your own streaming apps on the Smart TV.



The Neighborhood:

One of the most famous cities on the East Coast, Atlantic City is known for its iconic Boardwalk, sandy beaches (free! no beach badges required) and bustling casinos. Our townhouse is located in the center of the action, with many of the city’s most desirable attractions a short walk away.



Our specific neighborhood is the Orange Loop in North Beach, which is home to several of the city’s most desirable casinos: Ocean Casino, Hard Rock Casino, and Resorts. Bally’s and Caesars are not far, either.



Start your day with coffee from Hayday Coffee, located on S New York Ave, about 2 blocks away or with a yoga class at The Leadership Studio, a block away.



The Orange Loop is also home to such destinations as the Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall, Rhythm & Spirits, and Bar32, each of which are practically in our backyard. In addition, the famous Irish Pub & Inn is a short walk away, as are an abundance of bars, restaurants, and attractions (like Steel Pier and the Lucky Snake Arcade).





Atlantic City is an entertainment-centric town with attractions for everyone. The city attracts big-name stars who regularly appear at its many hotels and theaters. You’ll also find great local acts at beachside venues and local music joints like Anchor Rock Club.



Many Atlantic City institutions like Dock’s Oyster House, Knife & Fork Inn, Cafe 2825, and Chef Vola’s are located within about 1 mile.



Relax on the beach with one of our beach chairs while the kids dig in the sand and enjoy a dip in the water, take surfing lessons, or keep your kids entertained for hours at one of the city’s many arcades (the largest of which is Lucky Snake inside Showboat).



Leave the car behind and stroll to the many glamorous casinos nearby along the boardwalk with many more attractions and things to see and do in AC all close by:

Whether you love music and dance or you're a history and culture fan, you'll be enchanted by Atlantic City and its never ending entertainment or if relaxing is more your thing, spend your time at the beach, just 5 minutes away or simply unwind sitting out on your own private deck– what could be better!



Getting Around:

The best way to get around in Atlantic City is on your own two feet with most attractions within walking distance of one another.



If you're worn out from walking, you can hop on the AC's Jitney minibuses which are inexpensive and run 24 hours a day (for a $2.25 cash fare). The minibuses operate along Atlantic & Pacific Avenue and make stops at casinos and major attractions in the city, including along Pacific Ave right near our house.



For a more historic mode of transport, you can opt to be pushed along the boardwalk in a shaded rolling chair to see the sights from a different perspective – operators charge by the block, with a minimum fare of $5.



You can also use ride sharing apps like Uber/Lyft or call a taxi with cars available anytime of the day, or bring along your own car with free or inexpensive street parking available throughout much of the city.



Things to Know Before Your Stay – Winter Season

In the fall and winter months, Atlantic City can be chilly due to the property’s proximity to the ocean. Extreme cold and snow may occasionally cause issues beyond our control, which might not be resolved immediately. Roads can also be covered with heavy snow, making it difficult to leave the house at times.

Please make sure to pack warm clothing to stay comfortable throughout your entire stay.
