Every detail is a labor of love, designed to offer upscale comfort and a relaxing coastal retreat.
The Space:
FRONT EXTERIOR: The unit itself is on the second floor, accessible by stairs or elevator.
KITCHEN: Kitchen stocked with appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure. *Drip Coffee Machine
BATHROOM: - 1 full bathroom - Stocked with needed amenities for a comfortable stay.
This unit comfortably sleeps 6 people. All bedrooms have comfortable and freshly cleaned linens.
BEDROOM ONE: 1 King Sized Bed, a Smart TV, and a private nook.
BEDROOM TWO: 1 Queen Bed with Smart TV.
LIVING ROOM: 1 Queen Pull Out and a large Smart TV - Unit contains 1 extra pair of linens and pillows.
LAUNDRY: Located inside bathroom.
There are free channels on the Roku TV and apps for streaming.

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT!! THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY! Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation! All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra. Here is the list of what is provided per stay: Bed linens Bath towels Hand towels/rags Shampoo + conditioner & body wash Toilet paper Hand soap & dish soap Laundry pods (detergent) Limited number of trash bags One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay. Dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, mixing bowls, salt & pepper, coffee maker and filters etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils etc.
SMOKING POLICY: This building is non-smoking, including out front. There will be a $100 charge for any cigarettes butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home. PET POLICY: We do not allow pets here, sorry! There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property. CLEANING POLICY: If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense. CHECK-IN: Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues. CHECK OUT: Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00). If housekeeping arrives prior to your departure and has to leave and come back there will be an automatic charge of $125. Please be advised that it is important to remember all of your belongings during your stay. In the event that you forget any items, we will gladly mail them back to you. However, please note that a $25 shipping fee will be charged for this service.
