Atlantic City is nestled along the coast of New Jersey. This seaside suburban town is known for its scenic oceanside beach as well as its wide selection of entertainment options and casinos similar to Las Vegas.

Atlantic City is well-known for its resort-style atmosphere with its vibrant scene and Jersey shore perks like the four-mile-long Atlantic City Boardwalk and the picturesque Atlantic Beach. Nicknamed the “Entertainment Capital of the Jersey Shore,” Atlantic City is overflowing with fun events, a lively art, cultural, and nightlife scene, as well as plenty of fitness and recreation options.

Many of the attractions in Atlantic City like the casinos, hotels, boardwalk, and beach are easily within walking distance or bike ride away! There is also The Atlantic City Jitney, a minibus that makes stops at various locations throughout the city.

Uber/Lyft are easily accessible as well.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

TRASH
Trash day is Tuesday. If you are staying over night on Monday, we would really appreciate if you could help us out by taking the trash cans (on the right side of the home) to the curb. It can be taken out Monday night or early Tuesday morning.

PARKING
We have a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. THE 3 CARS NEED TO BE PARKED IN TIGHTLY, AND CAN NEVER BLOCK THE SIDEWALK. YOU WILL GET A TICKET!!
There is also street parking, but please make sure to read all street signs.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a back basement apartment that is only used by the homeowners on occasion. This unit is not rented out. This separate unit has its own separate entrance and the homeowner will not park in the driveway while guests have reserved the property so you will still have all 3 parking spots. The owner will need to walk on the driveway to enter and exit the unit, but otherwise, you will not notice them. The owner will also not use the front porch or backyard while the main house is reserved.

Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS!

Age: The person booking and checking in must be 25 or older and any guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

1) We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local residents.
2) No more than the number of people booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected
3) No smoking on premise in or around the property inside the house - $250 fine if detected
4) Please remove shoes
5) Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). We use smart home technology to improve your experience. 6) For your security and ours, a valid government ID must be presented for the registered guest that matches the address and profile on file
7)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

- Per Atlantic City regulations full names and DOB of all individuals who will be on premise at any time must be provided . Unfortunately you will not receive check in information until this is provided and it must be provided prior to check in day(unless it is a same day booking).
