Living & Dining:
Designed for group comfort, this beach-block home offers multiple spacious living areas so everyone can spread out and relax. The main floor features a bright living room with a 65` HD TV and plenty of seating, plus a fully equipped kitchen and a large dedicated dining room perfect for family meals. Upstairs on the third floor, you’ll find a second kitchen, an additional living room, and a cozy secondary dining area—ideal for early risers, kids, or anyone wanting their own space. The home also includes a BBQ, washer and dryer, and central heat and air to keep your stay comfortable year-round.

Enjoy four separate outdoor areas designed for coastal relaxation. The front porch features a massive outdoor couch and dining table—perfect for morning coffee or group dinners al fresco. Off the master bedroom, the second-floor deck offers ocean views, sun loungers, a couch, and a conversation set. The third-floor deck also boasts ocean views and another conversation set for quiet sunsets or evening cocktails. An outdoor shower makes beach days a breeze, and onsite parking adds extra convenience.

Neighborhood Overview:
North Beach is the section of Ventnor that runs from Jackson Avenue (Atlantic City border) to the North side of Surrey Avenue, from the beach to the bay.
North Beach is home to a diverse community of year-round and summer residents. We are close to Atlantic City`s exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping & transportation. The community contains many wonderful restaurants, retail establishments, professionals and service companies.
* Beach is 200 steps from house, boardwalk is 150 steps and can walk to Margate to the right and AC to the left.
* Full playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and sand volleyball to the right off the board walk.
* Farmer`s market every Friday in the summer from 8am-12pm.

Listing Transit:
Travel to Atlantic City by jumping on the Jitney. The Jitney is Atlantic City’s long-running, primary form of public transportation. You can ride the Jitney from one end of Atlantic City to the other for a low fare.
If you fancy traveling at a slower pace during the weekend, take a bike ride on the beachfront in Ventnor, New Jersey, which connects to the Atlantic City boardwalk.
Uber & Lyft are also great options to check out at show in Atlantic City, or to visit Lucy the Elephant in Margate!

Listing Notes:
TV`s: There are TV`s in the living room and one of the bedrooms. All of our Tv`s are Smart Tv`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

PARKING: The driveway can accommodate up to two vehicles and we provide an additional two parking permits for additional parking on the street.

DAMAGE WAIVER: When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection via a Wavio Damage Waiver.

The charge listed as “damage waiver” or `insurance fee` covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

STAIRS REQUIRED: Approx. 6 stairs required to reach the 1st floor deck, entrance, and living spaces, and 10-12 stairs required to reach the second and third floors.

DUPLEX STATUS: Like many homes in this part of Ventnor this home is considered a duplex. There is a ground floor apartment below the home which is occupied year round by a quiet couple. None of the homes entrances, spaces, or amenities are shared with the first floor unit.

CANCELATION: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listings cancelation policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
