Welcome to After-Dune Delight, a lovely 3 bedroom apartment in Somers Point. Updated and comfortable. Just minutes away from Ocean City, America's Greatest Family Resort. Beautiful Beaches, and plenty to do nearby: Absecon Lighthouse, shopping at Smithville Village, hiking at Wharton State Forest, birdwatching at Edwin Forsythe Wildlife Refuge, kayaking in Jersey Pine Barrens. Great place to relax and make memories!

The house is a duplex. This unit occupies the second and third floor of the building.

2nd floor:
-1 eat-in kitchen
-1 living room
-2 bedrooms
-2 full bathrooms

3rd floor:
-1 family/bonus room
-1 bedroom

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home!

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It's up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please let us know if something is missing or needed at check-in. We can't fix the issue if we do not know about it. =)

Quiet neighborhood, minutes away from Ocean City Beaches. Plenty restaurants and bars in Town.

Public transportation by bus, taxi services, as well as Uber/Lyft are available.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.

This is NOT party house.
Must be 26 or older to book;
No smoking in the house. Extra cleaning fee to remove odor and stains may be applied; Absolutely NO glitter in the house, it is very hard to remove and we take proud of our clean house, there will be additional cleaning charge of $150 if there is glitter found in the house;
No Un-registered guests;
No illegal substances or activities permitted
No firearms permitted;
No fireworks permitted;
No pets permitted;
Respect the neighbors and nature;
No Food and/or Drink in the Bedrooms;
Please be considerate to use makeup towels provided for your convenience in each bathroom for makeup removal. There is a $50 fee for any stained white bath towels.
Do not deposit feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, diapers, hand towels or any other non-biodegradable items in the toilet. You can block the sewer system. For any damage or clog of the sewer system $ 500 fee will be applied.
No parties (no loud music after 9pm). If guests are found to have a party, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. Guests will be asked to vacate property immediately;
Feel free to use the grill outside that is set up for our guests only. It is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. No parties rule will apply. Propane tank is provided, but host is not responsible for refills. If the tank is empty and guest wish to use grill, guests are responsible for tank refill.
Occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests. It is up to guests discretion and inspection to consume those items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables;
Guest Agrees to pay for damages exceeding deposit;
