This home combines two units: a 2BR/1BA downstairs with kitchen, living room & washer/dryer, and a 3BR upstairs with large living & dining rooms. Enjoy the private outdoor space with lounge seating, dining table, string lights, gas grill & outdoor shower. Just minutes to the beach & boardwalk. Includes linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels & beach tags for a seamless Jersey Shore getaway.

Living and Dining Space:
On the first floor, step into a welcoming living area designed for comfort and relaxation. The living room features cozy seating, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Whether you`re catching up on your favorite shows on the HD smart TV, enjoying a good book, or planning your next adventure, this space is ideal. One of the sofas in the living room also serves as a pullout bed for additional sleeping space. Connected to the living area, you’ll find a dining table that comfortably seats your group—great for shared meals, board games, or as an additional workspace.

The upstairs unit has a very spacious living area with cozy furniture, electronic fireplace, Smart TV for hanging with friends and family. Adjacent to the living space is the dining room for quality time enjoying meals around the table.

Getting Around:
Travel to Atlantic City by jumping on the Jitney. The Jitney is Atlantic City’s long-running, primary form of public transportation. You can ride the Jitney from one end of Atlantic City to the other for a low fare.

If you fancy traveling at a slower pace during the weekend, take a bike ride on the beachfront boardwalk which runs the entire length of Ventnor and Atlantic City.

Uber & Lyft are also great options get around Atlantic City, or to visit Lucy the Elephant in Margate!

This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay.

DAMAGE WAIVER:
The charge listed as “insurance fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

TV`s:
All of our Tv`s are Smart Tv`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

PARKING:
There is no dedicated on site parking space. There is free street parking nearby.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- Failure to return parking permit will result in $150 fee per permit not returned
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
