Summary:
Booking age requirement - 21+ You'll absolutely love staying at this corner home in the middle of it all, yet a bit off the beaten path. Walk to the beach in 15 minutes or use your free VIP Parking Pass at the JiLLy's parking lot at 12th and Boardwalk. 12th Street beach has lifeguards, restrooms, and food and entertainment. The unit comes with four beach tags for use during stay. Your rental DOES NOT INCLUDE any linens such as pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, hand towels, washcloths. Full linen policy below.

The Space:
FIRST FLOOR
Walk into your open kitchen/living room common space with a large walk out front porch and a half bath. You’ll also find the first of four bedrooms - a Junior Suite with a Queen bed and en-suite full bathroom - perfect for the in-laws, grandparents or guests. Full designer kitchen has everything you need to whip up a solid meal. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen Smart TV with all your favorite stations. Relax on the designer furniture with a lit fireplace or watch the OCNJ sunset from your front deck.

SECOND FLOOR
Walk up the custom stairwell to find three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms along with a full walk-in laundry suite. This layout makes for a great family living space. Large primary bedroom has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. In, between is a fourth bathroom (full).

LOWER LEVEL
Located on the bottom/garage level is a finished masterpiece. There are epoxy floors, a full-size fridge, bar, and plenty of seating and games. Relax with a movie in the garage theater or play some foosball. You will love this added bonus space. Also features a private indoor shower room for cleaning up from the beach.

PARKING
Reserved parking in the driveway for two cars, free street parking, plus, complimentary VIP Parking Pass to come and go at your reserved Boardwalk parking lot space at 12th and Boardwalk.

Guest Access:
Access is easy with smart door locks. Simply share your unique code given at check in (last four digits of booking guest's cell phone) with everyone in your group. No fussing with keys.

The Neighborhood:
WALKABLE ATTRACTIONS
Beach, Boardwalk, mini golf, rides, arcades, Acme (grocery store), restaurants, and Downtown Asbury Avenue with over 100 shops, eateries and much more.

Getting Around:
Getting around Ocean City is super easy. Walk, bike ride, jitney, or easily drive to anywhere on the island within just a few minutes. No need to worry about parking as there is plenty.

"America's Greatest Family Resort"

Our stay in Ocean City was great and our host provided some additional benifits. The parking spot and Beach equipment from Swift was ideal. The house provided our family of 6 adults and 4 kids (6-14) plenty of space. We will continue to vacation here as it feels like home when we are there. In fact my youngest grandkid informed me this morning that if we are going back she is only going if we stay in this house. Again if you rent this house you will be well taken care of by Jody and his staff.

Couldn’t ask for a better host

We had the pleasure of meeting Jody on our trip. We had an issue with the tv, he was over in a flash with a new one. Super nice guy, responded to me any time I had a question. We can’t wait to stay again next year. Mother Nature was not on board with this trip. Home was spotless , mattresses as well. Just a beautiful place! Perfect location, we had a wonderful time. If I had to say one thing that will need improvement soon it would be the sofas. Not dirty at all, but they need replacing soon. Sinking a bit, but that's it. The stay was perfect ! 5 stars all the way. Be sure to visit Jilly’s arcade, we loved it. The ice cream there was the best on the boardwalk. If you want to go somewhere for dinner, highly recommend Island grill.

Fall Ocean City Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay at this clean and convenient home. The home was exactly as pictured. The owner made the stay very easy and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the parking pass for the lot located near the boardwalk; which worked out great for us as my parents have a hard time walking. The gift basket was a nice surprise. We will definitely consider staying at this property again.

great property. poor service

first, the house was beautiful and easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 kids. however, there were problems dealing with property management. the smart lock on the front door did not work. this was fixed immediately. the AC unit in the basement was coming out of the wall, allowing hot air to enter. someone came over to fix it, but when we returned from the beach nothing was really done to fix the problem. we used the game room very little as a result. finally, one of our beach tags was lost. they said they would bring another one over, but 2 days later still no tag. further messages to them were not answered. for these reasons I can only leave a one star review.

The property was just the right size for 3 couples & 3 kiddos. It was a good location for those capable of walking a half mile or so to the beach (efficiency tip: walk down 12th or 13th vs. 14th since traffic yields to pedestrians in OCNJ). Parking was good at the house and at the boardwalk! There were fun games in the basement and we enjoyed just hanging out on the front porch & balcony.

The home is beautiful and very clean. It is large, updated, tastefully decorated and has anything you would need during your stay. The owner was great communicating before, during and after the stay. Great Experience

Everything from booking, communication leading up to the rental, and our time in the house was excellent! Jody is amazing to work with and always willing to pick up the phone and chat with you about any questions. Parking in the free spot was a breeze and all parking attendants were wonderful! Everything about the property was as expected from the description and the house was lovely! The town itself was extremely clean and kid friendly, which was perfect for our 2 and 4 year old. Memorable Stay at a Great Property

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean, in a great location, had updated bathrooms and kitchen, and had plenty of space for our group of 8 adults and 3 children. The house seemed brand new or close to it. The garage living space, the VIP beach parking pass, and the Jilly’s welcome pack put this house over the top!

Great for Families

We had an amazing stay with our children while in town for a family wedding. The house was located conveniently near all the fun but far enough away that it was peaceful and relaxing. House was clean and had all the amenities needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and our kids enjoyed the “game room”, as they call it, in the converted garage. Off street parking made getting in and out a breeze. We loved the little touches the owner added to our stay to make it extra special for our kids. We will return!
