All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

Parking is also a non-issue, as we offer ample off-street parking for two vehicles, plus plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood. This makes it simple to come and go as you please and explore everything Ocean City has to offer.

Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.

Our vacation stay at “Walk to the Beach Boardwalk Beachside apartment” was great. The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean, well decorated and in a convenient location. We were provided beach tags, beach chairs, wagons and coolers. It has an outdoor shower so we could rise off the sand from our feet. It’s also very close to the bay, we did some afternoon fishing. John was attentive to our messages and responded promptly. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone that is looking to stay at OC.

Great Property! Great Location!

Our family of 4 and our 2 small dogs had an enjoyable stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable . It was located in a very convenient location. We could walk to the bay, the beach, the boardwalk and the shops on Asbury with ease! We liked that there were beach chairs to use as well! We all had a great time and appreciated having such a nice place to stay at!
