THE SPACE :
My home is a perfect spot for Big families of up to 8 people. No Additional house guests or parties are permitted.

This apartment is located on the first floor with three Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, spacious living and dining rooms as well as a small storage room. Upon entrance, you are greeted by a small Sun-lit Foyer area.

-SLEEPING SPACE
The sleeping situation is flexible. There are 2 Queen beds which sleep 2 guests on each bed comfortably, 2 Twin Beds which sleep 1 adult or 2 children or each bed and the sofa can accommodate another person if needed. A portable crib is available if needed. HI-speed Internet, of course, and Air Conditioning in every room.

- KITCHEN
A well-furnished Kitchen with a family-size Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, Oven, and a complete range of cooking as well as dining Essentials is available. An Keurig with K-Cup pods are also available for your morning cravings. The Dining Room offers a big table that can seat 8.

- BATHROOM
The private bathroom has a Bathtub, hot water, a blow dryer, and ample amount of fresh towels for your exclusive use. Iron with an Ironing Board is available in case you plan to uncrumple after traveling.

- PARKING
The driveway has ample space for your big SUVs. Ample & free street parking is also available at the front of the property.

-THE LOCATION
Ventnor is a small, historic town on the move. Old Victorian and traditional homes, with new, transitional townhouses line our streets. New businesses and restaurants are popping up all the time. Ventnor is located on Absecon Island, just south of Atlantic City, at the end of the Atlantic City Expressway, and reachable by train, plane, or bus from NYC and Philly. Ventnor is at the narrowest part of the island. On our end of town, it's only 4 blocks wide, giving you a short walk to the Beach AND Bay. Ventnor is known for its beautiful boardwalk that connects to the famous Boardwalk in Atlantic City and the longest ocean fishing pier in NJ.


Our home is located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, cafes, a movie theatre, and obviously the beach. We are two blocks from Ventnor's South Pier, the main hub of the town, where you will find a lot of different entertainment options. We are also two blocks from the bay, which offers beautiful views of the water and wetland grasses. We think we are located on the BEST street in town.

- GETTING AROUND
One of the best features of our home is its close proximity to most of the main attractions in Ventnor. You’re able to walk to the beach. There are tons of great bars as well as Italian, Mexican, gourmet, and organic eateries nearby. Atlantic City, Longport & Margate, are only 10 to 12 Minutes of Driving Distance
