Awesome Resort Living! Le Penthouse est un penthouse de premiÚre classe de 3000 pieds carrés au sommet d'un triplex avec une vue parfaite sur l'océan et la plage. Cette maison est pratiquement sur la plage. Les draps, oreillers et taies d'oreillers, serviettes de bain et de cuisine sont fournis.
Le Penthouse 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains avec un ascenseur pour vous emmener au sommet de cette magnifique maison directement Ă  partir du parking en dessous. Une fois au sommet, la porte s'ouvre sur une taniĂšre, une cuisine et une salle Ă  manger.
Den dispose d'un décor mettant l'accent sur un téléviseur LCD 42 'avec chaßnes HD et cùble. Canapé pleine taille et siÚge d'amour. DerriÚre la taniÚre est la salle à manger et une table pouvant accueillir 8, avec des siÚges supplémentaires pour trois au bar de la cuisine. La cuisine est trÚs spacieuse pour la cuisson des repas avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir en granit.

À l'arriĂšre de la cuisine est le plus grand des suites de maĂźtre. Cette chambre dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran LCD et d'une petite terrasse privĂ©e pour vous dĂ©tendre et profiter de la vue en soirĂ©e. La salle de bain a deux lavabos, douche debout, et un bain Ă  remous.

La deuxiĂšme suite principale a un lit king size, accĂšs Ă  la terrasse avant avec des vues plus fantastiques, TV LCD.

Les deux chambres supplémentaires se composent d'un lit queen et lits jumeaux. Les deux ont une télévision LCD

L'étage est une salle multimédia avec encore un autre téléviseur LCD 42 '. Chambre a une table de jeu de cartes, 2 chaises en peluche et un canapé et un siÚge d'amour .. Les vues de cette piÚce sont incroyables. Vous avez l'océan de l'avant et des vues de Bogue Sound à l'arriÚre.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. There was ample room for our family of 8 people. We had dinner in a couple of nights, enjoyed the beautiful view, easy short walk to the beach and came home each day to a comfortable place to relax and get a good nights rest. The whole place was very clean and well appointed. All we had to bring were some groceries and ourselves! Communication was great and we never had issues during our stay but no doubt had we needed anything it would have been a quick phone call away.

Great place and location. But NO GRILL

Loved everything about this rental, EXCEPT the fact there was no grill. We planned on multiple grilled meals over this Memorial Day weekend. This rental listed a grill on its website-not true. Called property management and was told there was not one because it “rusted out and owners didn’t replace it”. I was told Dollar General down the road would probably have a grill that I could purchase.?? I have 2 portable grills at home I could have brought with me if I had known. They should have updated amenities on website. Nice place with great beach access but major disappointment. Yes, I would rent the place again but I would be bringing my own grill.

Our group of 7, aged 13 to 84, had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful and plenty of room for all. Easy beach access and pretty views. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Annual Family Gathering

The place was perfect for our family. We had 10 family member staying in the unit. We needed accommodations for family that had a hard time with stairs. The elevator and expansive main level was excellent for family gatherings! The loft was excellent for the younger generation to gather, not to mention the large porches! Edith the property manager was AMAZING!! We texted her very late at night when we arrived. She resolved our issue first thing in the morning. She truly defines Southern Hospitality and welcome, the owners are very luck to have her!!!

Family for daughter’s wedding

This is a beautiful place with so much marital Light and beauty. Wonderful location with easy beach access. It served our purpose in holding family and friends for our daughter’s wedding. Great Stay

We love this rental. It was our 3rd time staying here. The layout works well for our family. Kiddos love the loft. I love the big open kitchen for cooking meals/food prep. The view is lovely. The area is not crowded (at least this time of year) and we always enjoy our stay.

Great View with all the amenities

Great place with a beautiful view. Very easy access to the beach. The elevator provided ease of movement for my elderly mother and one in our party who is to have knee surgery. Great restaurants and an easy travel distance to great little towns like New Bern, Beaufort, and Swansboro. Comfortable and enjoyable.

Great family condo

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We love it! The elevator is very convenient for older family members as well as loading/unloading cars. The large kitchen is great for making family meals while still being a part of the socializing. Multiple restaurants nearby and across the bridge in Morehead City. The walk to the beach is quick and we saw dolphins multiple times!

The location of this vacation home is perfect- literally a few feet from the beach .We had a great time at this place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on pictures.Would absolutely recommend to stay there! Edith the property manager is incredible. This by far was the cleanest rental property we have stayed in. It is beautiful! The location is fantanstic. The checkin process was easy. The condo had everything we needed. My family really enjoyed our stay. I would definelty stay here again.

Well appointed home with everything you need. The elevator was awesome, especially for some of our guests who are older. The high ceilings and lots of natural light made this an awesome spot for our stay. Would come back

Great Condo for Family Gathering

I give this property high marks for location, views and amenities. The elevator came in very handy for move-in and move-out. This is a property that we would consider renting again. The family room and kitchen are very spacious. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the great views. We are a family who enjoys cooking and we found the kitchen to be sufficient, however it could use more silverware. The AC worked well and we were quite comfortable. A few things to be aware of if you are considering renting this property... our energetic small children playing around on this third floor unit was a concern for the guests in the condo below us. The linens provided with rental include only one bath towel per person. (Many ladies prefer two towels, one for body, one for hair.) If you like cotton sheets, take your own. Sheets supplied in-house are nice if you like polyester. If anyone in your party is under 6 ft tall, avoid the shower in the bathroom connected to the queen size bed room located on the front of the condo. The shower stall is very tiny and shorter people cannot avoid being sprayed in the face! The shower head is not adjustable. One friendly warning...no information is posted about beach access. We unknowingly used the boardwalk to the left of the condo, facing the beach. A sign posted there indicated that the access is for owners and their guests. Since we were guests of the owner, we used the access on our first morning out. Upon our return we were called out by the female owner of the yellow house two doors down on the end of the road, telling us that we were not allowed to use their private access. Heads up!

Nice house

Close to beach. Easy access and large beach. Wasn’t crowded at all. If you like a big beach with lots of spread out room this is your place. We brought our dog which was great they let us bring him. Atlantic Beach doesn’t have a lot going on. So it is pretty much beach or bust.

Family beach week

Enough space for all of us. The beach access was perfect. Others had mentioned the shower in the master as an issue. I concur. It is small! But the other showers were fine, especially the outside shower! Great place to stay.

This property was just the right size for our group of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Loved that it was 2 levels and that all our stuff was easily brought in via the elevator. We felt VIP!

Comfortable and Beatiful

It is really beautiful and I can tell the property owners care about their property. Very spacious and all beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are nice but two showers need replacing. We will definitely rent again if the showers and showers heads are updated. Again, this is not a complaint. Beautiful location and property. Just would like to be able to be more comfortable when taking a shower.

Wonderful Thanksgiving get away

This was the perfect location for my family to have a quick Thanksgiving get away. We live in New Bern and own/run a Bed And Breakfast ourselves so getting away is a rarity. 203C was perfect!! Clean, great location and spacious!! We hope to do a repeat next year!!

Family vacation

This condo is VERY nice. Clean spacious and has plenty of items to use in the kitchen. The elevator is a definite plus to help get your things to the top floor. We loved staying here.
