Boardwalk ramp to beach, indoor pool and outdoor pool with giant slide, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts. 1/4 mile from Fort Macon State Park. Close to great restaurants and local attractions. Gated community. Linens, beach towels, 2 boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, all provided! Beautifully renovated. Elevator and luggage carts available. Kitchen stocked with all essentials including Keurig coffee maker and K-cups for guests. Outdoor gas grills and firepit.

This was a great place to stay, very clean! Would definitely stay here again! The only downfall was that we didn't know the outdoor pool wouldn't be open during our stay. There is an indoor pool on site though. Easy beach access, and the hosts were great!

Communication with Steve was great. The condo was clean. Did not get to use any of the amenities due to weather and we where there to attend a wedding which took up a lot of our time. But I did enjoy being there. Would rent again.

Pros:Great Host: Smooth, responsive communication.Clean & Easy: Unit was spotless; check-in/out was a breeze.Prime Location: Perfect for local plans.Cons:Complex Issues: Ongoing construction and poor building signage made it hard to find.Towel Shortage: 4 towels for 3 people (2 nights) with no in-unit laundry. A messaging error meant we missed the note about extra beach towels until checkout.Tight Space: Older unit with a cramped layout. The microwave hits the fridge, and the deck only fits two.Pool Walk: Outdoor pool was seasonal; indoor pool is a long walk away.Summary: Despite the tight space and complex-wide construction, we had a comfortable, positive stay.

The condo was immaculate and comfortable. We experienced a storm during the four days we were there, so having a nice space to relax while it rained was wonderful. The room had everything we needed with some extras incase we didn’t have everything which was nice. There are several amenities and activities available, especially if you're visiting with kids. Steve the property host, was very attentive and kind. We had some internet issues and he personally came the next day to meet the Spectrum tech who quickly figured out the issue and were in and out in no time. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommended this property.

This was my first ever VRBO experience. We made a quick decision to stay here while my brother had planned his wedding at Atlantic Beach and I can happily say it was a great choice! Especially this very perfect place for my little family! The place was overloaded with amenities, both indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs, the mini golf, being soooo close to the beach, so many more, and the owner was exceptionally great to talk to. He provided us with so much information prior to our trip, during our trip and even before we left. Any questions we had whether it was where something may be or even suggestions to places to eat he responded quickly every time! I would recommend to stay here at Steve's place anytime you visit Atlantic Beach! Very pleased with our stay and if we visit Atlantic Beach again I would highly recommend!

My family of four (two littles) had a great time at Atlantic Beach. We normally rent an entire house but I'm so glad we went with this option of a condo at Place at the Beach. While small, it was very efficiently laid out and had everything we needed. Well decorated and lots of little extras to make it stay easy. The kids loved playing in the pool and using the water slide each day. The beach was easily accessible with several loggerhead turtle nests nearby. We even got to see one nest hatch! Communication was great and we appreciated how simple everything was. We look forward to returning!

We had a great stay! The property was family friendly with a great pool for kids. The condo was perfect for our family of 3. It was comfortable and had everything that we needed, including sand toys! We will likely return here in the future. The property owner was very responsive and kind.

We had a great stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo—perfect for a family vacation! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The balcony view of the ocean was beautiful, and it was just a short, easy walk to the beach. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and the whole property felt welcoming and well-maintained. The host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!!

We absolutely loved our stay & it was perfect for my family. My kids (ages 2 &4) loved the water slide. The quick access to the beach was perfect. Steve’s place is very clean & supplied us with all the basic things we needed. We will definitely be back!
