PARKING PASS
— Each reservation is given ONE parking pass.
— For nightly reservations, an additional pass is available for $25 per reservation for a max of two parking passes total. For monthly reservations, an additional pass is available for $100.

NO SMOKING & NO VAPING
— No smoking anything inside the unit or anywhere at the complex.
— Violators will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY, and a refund will not be issued.
— Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Additionally, there is an extra $200 cleaning fee.

NO PETS
— Pets are not allowed in this particular unit. Please inquire with the host for information on service animals and emotional support animals.

You can walk down the beach to the nearby public pedestrian pier and grab a bite to eat oceanfront on the pier at Molly's Beachside Bar & Grill. You can also walk across the street to Dairy Queen, Beach Burgers, On the Rocks Restaurant and Bar, The Wheelhouse Taproom, and Kitty Hawk Kites Gift Shop.

Food Lion grocery store is 1 mile down the road, and you can walk to the Dollar General and a convenience store.

Within a 5 min drive is the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, Atlantic Beach Town Park, Crystal Coast Brewing Co, Amos Mosquitos Restaurant, Oceanana Fishing Pier and Pier House Restaurant, and the Atlantic Beach Circle and all of the surf shops and restaurants.
