Nestled in the heart of Bogue Banks, Indian Beach offers easy access to shopping, dining, activities, and nightlife, ensuring an unforgettable vacation experience.

With approximately 1100 sq ft of space, this condo offers prime oceanfront and pool front views, providing the perfect backdrop for your coastal retreat. The open main living area, featuring a kitchen, dining, and living room, overlooks the ocean and pool, offering breathtaking water views. Access to the beach and pool is conveniently just down a small flight of stairs from the front door.
Accommodating up to 7 guests, this condo features three bedrooms: a luxurious queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a comfortable queen bedroom, and a cozy double bedroom with a single trundle. Bedroom 3 also boasts a retractable stand-up office desk with a large monitor, perfect for remote work or video calls. Additionally, a ground-floor storage closet provides beach amenities for your convenience.

Indulge in resort-style amenities including park charcoal grills, a sound side pier with a gazebo for fishing or relaxation, and the option to bring or rent kayaks for an unforgettable sound-front experience. Plus, enjoy access to an additional sound side pool with hot tub, heated and open year-round for your enjoyment.

Parking is available for 2 cars underneath the property on a first-come, first-served basis, with parking passes provided inside the condo. Please note a $75 replacement fee applies for lost passes. Smoking and pets are not permitted, and no events are allowed on the premises. Entry to the condo is hassle-free with keyless entry via a code provided 24 hours prior to your arrival, ensuring a seamless start to your beach retreat.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Condo was very clean and had all that was needed for our stay. The walk to the beach was a little more than we were expecting and the steps were a little tough for us.Overall it was a great week!

Disappointed when we got to the condo and there was no ice. Had to go buy ice trays. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes very well.Being right in front of the pool , people could look inside unless you had the shades closed.Besides that it is a wonderful complex and the beach is wonderful at this location.

Disappointing

We were disappointed with our stay. The listing clearly stated that the property included a king bed, but there was not one—only smaller beds. This was a major factor in choosing this rental over others, and we paid more expecting that feature. Additionally, there were no extra linens provided. While the rental company was responsive in bringing a second parking pass that was missing from the unit, they made no effort to address the inaccurate listing or offer any kind of compensation for the misleading information. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and we would not book this property again.

Would have given a 5 star but had trouble getting the TV to work and we did not get to see the finale of the BACHELORETTE !!!! Also a couple of other issues that I had trouble in getting in contact with host. But the condo, location and view were WONDERFUL

Tidy and Bright!

This condo is clean and tidy! The colors and windows make it feel so bright and cheery. The decorations were lovely and minimal. We appreciated that there weren’t many trinkets lying around. Many drawers and cupboards in the kitchen and living room areas as well as bedroom closets were empty leaving us space to put away snacks/food and the things we brought from home. It was nice that they weren’t lying around on tables and counters. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach closet was well organized and had plenty of beach chairs and toys for the family. Also, we liked the new washer and dryer. The set was convenient and quiet. 👍 We’ve been staying at the Ocean Club (ocean side) for 4 years now— 2 years at 102D— and have always had the best time. Not once has the beach been overly crowded. This condo is an easy and quick walk to the beach. We will be back!
