This property was very nice and well suited for our family of 11âŠsix adults and 5 kids, ages 2-7. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably with each adult couple (3) having their own room and a room for all the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need (other than kitchen towels). The living area hosted a very large sectional sofa and one chair that gave us plenty of space for everyone to sit. I would have to say the only drawback is there is only enough seats and room at the kitchen table for six people to sit for a house that sleeps 12. There is an eight seating table on the bottom deck however that did not serve us well as it rained three days out of our week stay but we made it work. The one huge plus for us was the amply spaced driveway and parking area. We had three full sized trucks, 2 trailers for our golf carts and a boat trailer that we needed to park. There was space for everything and we even left a good portion of the driveway clear for the kidddos to ride their bikes and play. There was a large dock and a floating dock on the canal at the back of the house that was perfect for us to fish off, dock our boat and tie up our 12 foot splash pad. It is also just across the road from the private beach with its own card keyed parking lot. This property is a gem.
