New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

The seductively quiet condominium complex of Island Beach & Racquet Club is centrally located to area amusements, dining, and shopping. Offering amenities perfect for any family, Island Beach & Racquet Club provides guests with two oceanfront swimming pools and kiddie pools as well as a Junior Olympic size swimming pool located on the sound side of the complex. For the family wanting to stay fit, you will find a fitness center for guests use as a thank you from the owner for staying and tennis courts on the sound side as well. Grab a luggage cart and take the elevator to the third floor where you will find condo B-302 ready and waiting just for you. Having two bedrooms and two baths, you will feel right at home in this beautifully decorated, oceanfront condo. The fully equipped kitchen, with all major and small appliances, makes cooking for the family a breeze. Don't forget the courtyard has grills for those undeniably delicious charcoal grilled burgers or steaks. What great dinner conversations you will have after a fun-filled day at the beach or other area attractions! Gather the family around the dining table with seating for six. If you need additional seating, there are stools at the counter next to the table so everyone can join in on the fun! Cozy up with the family in the living room and catch a movie on the flat panel TV with cable or plug in your favorite DVD. For additional sleeping, the sofa folds out into a sleeper. Give yourself a time out and allow yourself to be sailed away by the breathtaking view of the ocean and feel the refreshing ocean breeze as you unwind on the screened-in balcony just off of the living room. Finding a place to sleep is no problem. The primary suite will make you feel like royalty in the king-size bed. Wash all your stress away in the private main bath or get a bit of fresh air on the private balcony. Your second bedroom offers two twin beds and a private television. Perfect for the children! The added amenity of a full-size washer and dryer means you don't have to wait to wash everything after you get home. And the free WiFi will keep the tech in the family happy! And just to make you a bit more comfortable, we will supply a one-time set up of all your bed, bath, and kitchen linen. Your beds will be made when you arrive. It's your time to sit back and relax! After a fun-filled week at this smoke-free condo, you may never want to leave!

10 Year Anniversary

The property was fantastic for a couple or a small family. We went off season and it was fantastic to be able to see Historic Wilmington, New Bern, and Beaufort, fish on Radio Island, and the cuisine was excellent. An incredible location if you want to be in the middle of everything.

Weekend trip

The condo was quiet and cozy and decorations were nice. We enjoyed sitting out on the porches. The building itself could use some updates. The dishwasher was broken upon our arrival and nothing was done to fix it so we ended up washing all our dishes by hand. We probably would not choose to stay here again.

Comfy and relaxing

Ocean views, table on the screened in porch, comfy furniture, lovely skylight, access to the beach...all wonderful. Few small items would have taken it to the next level..more microwavable dishes...ie plates and bowls, making sure dishes, mostly silvereware,are clean, fixing peeling pain in smaller bedroom. Fyi check in is offsite...not far away but having that info even a day ahead would be nice. All in all a lovely relaxing time and I would definitely recommend.

Well cared for condo

This unit was aesthetically very nice. Really nice flooring and paint, comfortable living room furniture, great artwork and decor. Believe it or not, the fact that this unit has a recliner in addition to a sofa was one of the selling points since there were three of us. The tall Adirondack chairs on the master porch were perfect to see over the railing to the amazing view of the sea. There were a few quirks related to general wear and tear (dishwasher was kaput and the shower drain was super slow), but no real deal-breakers preventing us from returning.

Beautiful ocean views. Clean well maintained. However cigar smell when we first got there was really strong. Housekeeping came in next day and did a great job airing out condo. Was told unit has washer and dryer. Room with appliances was locked and nothing was done to open for us. Had my Grandson with us and would have been helpful to do laundry.

Horrible transition in management to Vacasa.

Nice condo but transition from Atlantic Beach management to vacasa was very poor. As a national company, vacasa does not provide or permit contact between customer and local property management. Therefore condo HOA changes were not communicated by vacasa because they are not aware of them and do not care about history of previous rentals. Very poor customer service when dealing with a management rate in another state.
