Beautiful house in Winder Ga, about 30 minutes to Athens, Fort Yargo Park, Road Atlanta, Chateau Elan and nature hikes. Renovated, modern, like new house that you will love hopefully as much as we do. This home features 2 bedrooms with a good size walking closet, 2 private full size bathrooms, open concept kitchen and living room, fireplace, spacious kitchen with new granite countertops and new cabinets, spacious 2 car garage, front and back patio with covered sitting areas, and private quiet yard. House was remodeled and looked great, the furniture was not comfortable compared to all of our other VRBO vacations. Had a hard time getting house up to temperature during the cold nights. Garage door was a problem, no remote or code.

Perfect Getaway

This worked great for my son and I. Home was clean, well equipped and as described. Great location to what we wanted and some golf courses as well. Great communication when we had questions and even found my jacket I left behind and left it for a friend to pick up. Would highly recommend!

Great Stay

The house was very nice and exactly as pictured. It was located in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed here to attend Georgia football game and it was about 30 minutes from Athens and Braselton. We will definitely stay here again. Communication with owner was very fast.

Quiet neighborhood, away from hustle and bustle, yet close to town. Steep driveway. Only issue we had on cleanliness was some glue traps in kitchen for bugs and they proved to be needed. An exterminator can fix that.

Only two beds in the whole house and a very uncomfortable couch. Listing says 4 beds and two futons. Would not have booked if I had known this.

GREAT STAY

Myself and a buddy of mine attended a Bulldogs game. The home is a reasonable driving distance from Sanford Stadium especially since everything in and around Athens sky rockets in price during the college football season. The host communicated well. Get check-in instructions early. Place was in a very quiet neighborhood and had plenty of room. Host even left small snacks. I’d consider this property again should I return to the area.

Very Clean, Tastefully Decorated, and Quiet!

We came for a weekend to attend one of the UGA football games. This place suited our needs very well. The house is quite large for the price, it is extremely clean, and is very tastefully decorated with clean, modern touches. We loved that it had two bathrooms with a split floor plan (good if you need a little privacy from other guests or if the kids need the feeling of having their own space) and we loved being able to park in the garage and load and unload our things right into the house. The neighborhood is quiet and while the drive from Athens is not short, it was still very doable. Checking in and out was easy. The whole stay was easy! We would stay here again.

Very quiet and serene

We had amazing visit however, I do advise if you want to go for a walk do not walk to the left side of the house towards the cul-de-sac There are very large dogs two houses down and they chased me and my six-year-old son up the road one of the neighbors have seen and they were very concerned because they were viciously trying to attack us and all we were doing is trying to walk however, the house was amazing so no bad reviews on the home itself just be aware of your surroundings if you are trying to go for a stroll, the dogs are not leashed and owners were not anywhere in sight
