The Santa Cruz Villa features an amazing large open concept designer style that ties the living room, kitchen and dining room together into one big entertaining space. As you walk through the front door you will be greeted by the large TV over the fireplace, a love seat, a 3 person couch and a recliner. As you walk just beyond the living room furniture you will find yourself in the masterpiece kitchen that any chef would die to host any meal of the day in. Enjoy your takeout at the grand kitchen island or your fabulous home cooked meals at the 4 person dinning room table. Next to the fireplace we have created a workstation for all the traveling workers out there to stay plugged in when required or for additional dinning space. Just off the dinning room is the sun-room. Here we have set up a grand small exercise room with some small free weights and elastic bands. Also, here you will find the fun outdoor games we have provided for you and your friends and family. Just outside the sun-room awaits the large backyard with plenty of space to enjoy the sun and stretch your legs. The backyard features a large grass area for backyard sports and enjoyment, a propane fire pit for those chilly nights outside, a sink and BBQ to cook those delicious summer meals on. There is also a large outdoor patio lounge to relax on under the patio cover with ceiling fans to keep you cool.

The bedrooms are great size for you and your family to make yourselves at home. The master suite features a very comfortable large king size bed with 1000 thread count sheets. Here you can watch any of your favorite shows on the TV or access the magnificent backyard from the sliding glass door. This room also features a large attached bathroom with a his and hers sink with a mirror over one sink and a makeup mirror over the other. There is an amazing walk-in shower in this bathroom with a Bluetooth speaker built in to enjoy your time getting ready. The master also has ample closet space to unload your bags into. In this closet you will find the top of the line air mattress with its bedding items and the pack-n-play with baby monitor for the little travelers in your life.

The other two rooms feature luxurious queen size beds and closets with room for all your belongings. The two spare bedrooms share a beautiful hall bathroom with a full-size bathtub and shower combo.

During your stay at The Santa Cruz Villa you will have access to the entire property excluding the shop and shed.

Getting around the neighborhood and local areas is very easy, Uber and Lyft are very much available in this area!

You will find that a lot of the neighbors here walk the streets for evening or morning exercise. Take the pooch for a stroll! You'll both enjoy it.

Parking is ample around the house. The garage is yours for your stay, park there if you'd like. In the driveway is just fine as well as on the street.

This get-a-way is conveniently located with easy on/off access to highway 101, but far enough away that you will not hear the busyness of the road.

The neighborhood is somewhat rural. Quiet street off the beaten path. Many neighbors in the area can be found walking the streets for exercise throughout the day.

The Santa Cruz Villa is a quick drive to and from the HWY 101. Very easy to find and not far from the highway. Parking is ample at the house. The garage can park 2 cars and the concrete driveway has room for 4 more, and 2 next to the driveway and 3 on the street. Many people find the neighborhood enjoyable for morning or evening walks. Uber and Lyft drivers can pick you up at the house or coordinate a wine tour bus to take you anywhere you'd like in the area.

This home is built on a raised foundation. Guests should be aware that there are 2-3 steps to get into or out of the home depending on what entrance/exit you use.
