The carpet needs to be replaced and the mattress in master upstairs needs to be changed. It is very uncomfortable with lumps and valleys.

They are too far apart if you have small children. You have to walk several long flights of stairs to get to the condo. No car access. The living room and kitchen are small for the size of the condo. the furniture is old, uncomfortable. Too many mirrors in the master bathroom. There are no brooms, vacuum for clean up.
