For The Elderly or Handicapped
We have built with the elderly or handicapped in mind. The entire house is on one floor with no stairs or curbs anywhere.

There is one shower that is completely roll-in, and all showers have grab bars.

Extra Space - two separate cottages
The main house sleeps 8 in the four bedrooms, two per bedroom.
In addition to the main house we have two one-bedroom cottages that can be added to the main rental if more accommodation space is needed.

Esencia Cottage - One-bedroom
One-bedroom, one-bathroom Net-Zero cottage with lots of light and views. Fully equipped, full kitchen, washer/dryer. The Cottage is about 400ft from the main house. Queen bed sleeps two. Comfortable queen-sized pull-out couch in the living room sleeps two.

OctagonTiny House - sleeps 4
This mini-house is super cute. It's one-bedroom with loft, next to the Pickleball court and 60ft from the main house.

Has a kitchenette, dining, couch, bath and shower downstairs. Sleeping quarters are up a spiral staircase in the loft - two Full beds and an extra pull out couch down stairs.

Great for extra family members and particularly attractive for kids.
