Great accommodations and location

Once we figured out the app to get into the lot and building, everything was easy in/out. Great central location being close to downtown area but also not too far from Biltmore. Accommodations were A+. Would definitely stay again. Hope this rental avoided most of the damage from Helene.

Anniversary trip

Great part of town. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Loved the outdoor terrace with fireplace. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness because the shower could use bleach (mold), the walls need to be wiped down (scuffs & scrapes). It looks like a family lives in it full time and not like a professional cleaner comes in regularly like other VRBOs I’ve been in. Loved it over all.

Great location

This is a great location and we would definitely stay again. unfortunately, the unit seemed really well used and showing wear including cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, chipped paint, worn cabinetry and furniture. For the price and location it was worth it, but we were hoping for more since the images were so nice. I'm sure the unit gets a lot of use. Overall a great stay. Love the app for easy, secure access.

55 Market Christmas Stay

Lovely condo, in perfect location. We enjoyed our stay and parking seemed secure and safe. It was also very quiet with little noise from other tenants or the street. We did struggle with a poorly stocked kitchen and this could be improved by adding some items like baking dishes, additional pans, serving dishes. Otherwise the condo is a lovely place for a couple or two guests.

In-town Gem

The location of the condo was close to everything one would want to do in the town of Asheville. The building was as described in the listing and very secure with electronic locks from parking to entry into the condo. The condo was well equipped especially with all the dining options outside your door. We would stay here again without hesitation.

My partner & I had never been to Asheville and wanted a place that was convenient to downtown. We typically book hotels, however took a chance on this unit and we were extremely pleased. The unit was a home away from home for us. The private outdoor patio was a bit small, but perfect for the two of us to enjoy people watching and play games. There was a nice small park across the street which gave us some privacy. The unit itself was dry clean and the perfect size for 2 people and had all the amenities. Great master bath and shower. And the gated parking gave an additional feeling of safety. Walking distance to local restaurants, Coffee shops and breweries was easy. Excellent experience and we will return.

Perfect spot for downtown stay

This location couldn’t have been better. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do downtown which made coming and going throughout the day a breeze. The checkin process was relatively simple, just downloading the app and registering my phone. Then I could use my phone as the access key to easily get into the parking lot and building. The free parking was great, and the building was beautiful and clean. The place was very quiet for being downtown. The unit itself was very clean and modern, the bed was comfy, and the shower was spacious. It was perfect for our needs and the hosts were very communicative. The only improvement I’d suggest were better toiletries - there was no conditioner and only a face bar soap for “body wash.” Otherwise, a great place and would stay again.

Excellent location. Just a few steps from restaurants and a small grocery, but off the main drag, so it was quiet. Secure building, easy parking. Good bed. If you are planning to cook, ask for additional cooking items. Had a great time.

Great Stay--Paxton App Sucks

Great apartment, great location. Paxton app would never open the front door of the building and i had a few problems with other doors during my stay, necessitating waiting for someone to let me in or calling my daughter in the room to let me in.

Beautiful condo/stressful check-in process

The whole process of check-in, the multiple emails that were sent to us prior to check-in, the hoops we had to go through after we rented and paid for the condo just to gain admission to the parking and building made this very stressful. That is not what a vacation should feel like at all. Never had such a complicated high tech check-in process. That being said, the condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable

Comfortable, clean stay in a great location

We very much enjoying our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The property managers were quick to respond and resolve the issue we encountered with the Paxton App (that worked perfectly the first 3 days. I didn't work one evening trying to get into the parking lot, but I quickly received a fob to use the rest of the stay). I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Asheville.

The location was fantastic. It was easy to walk everywhere around downtown Asheville and the south slope. There was reserved off street parking and a lovely patio looking over the park across the street. The accommodations (towels, linens, etc) were adequate but could have been nicer. Coffee maker and coffee provided were disappointing but there were coffee shops within walking distance.
