We are located 15 mins south from the Biltmore Estate, nearby Hendersonville Road. You get the luxury of seclusion while still having the convenience of shopping and dining close by. The multitude of outdoor activities in this country oasis are abundant.

HANDICAP ACCESS
You may enter through the front door, however there are no bedrooms on this floor. There is an entrance to the ground floor bedroom with no steps. We do not provide handicap rails in the bathrooms.

Check-out: 10 am

Smoking outdoors only

MOUNTAIN HOME BUG & PEST DISCLAIMER.
We do our utmost to control insects and pests. We are on a preventative maintenance contract with pest control. However we are in the mountains so insects can still get into the home despite our best efforts. A few might get in during your stay. Lady bug seasons are common in Asheville. We spray and vacuum but they can still accumulate daily. It is a common occurrence for all homes in this area.

Car necessary. Uber, Lyft and taxi's also available.

PETS
FEE- $100 PER STAY PLUS $15 PER DAY
We allow 1 dog under 50 lbs maximum on the property. Upon booking the fee is due, and you must email me to inform me of your pet.

For safety and insurance reasons non aggressive breeds only. Your pet must be crated or taken with you when you leave the home, and you are responsible for ensuring they do not create any damage. They must be brought outside to the bathroom, and any accidents inside must be cleaned up immediately. We do not have a fenced in area so please keep your pet on a leash. Dogs must be flea and tick free. Please lay blankets on the furniture for your pets to lie on. You must ensure all dog feces is cleaned up off the property. Failure to comply with our pet policy will result in additional charges.

We have two 3 bedroom, oceanfront/view condos in Myrtle Beach, 2 condos in Clearwater Beach, and one private home in the Poconos Pennsylvania.

Beautiful and comfortable spot for a group!

Really enjoyed this location! Great views and good hangout space. It is a bit of a steep climb up a gravel road for the drivers but great spot! Large bathroom in the upstairs master (2 double beds) which was nice for lots of people to share.

Mountain vacation

Home was clean and as pictured. It made you feel that you were away from civilization, but it was a short drive to get into downtown Asheville. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying there again!

Quiet property with a fantastic view

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed spending our Christmas holiday at the property even though we had to leave earlier than planned due to inclement weather headed our way. It was very close to town but felt a million miles away. Great place to unwind but with all of the creature comforts including high speed WiFi.

Beautiful location and views!

Loved the house and deck. Absolutely perfect for the size of our group. We did have a little difficulty because there are no bedrooms on the main floor which made things a bit difficult for our elderly grandmother who has mobility issues, but otherwise it was clean and charming! We were grateful for 4 wheel drive, but even the Chevy Malibu made it up the hill with no trouble.

Comfortable with a great view

The space was perfect for our party of 5. Views were excellent. No problems with the drive up to the house—just follow the directions and you’ll be fine. Saw 2 bears take a dip in the pool-that was fun. Also a wild turkey family. Grill works great. Highly recommended for your quiet family get together.

Great views and location

The house was an easy drive to various sites, grocery stores and restaurants. It was well maintained and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the deck and comfortable furnishings. Camille did a nice job of communicating and was a joy to work with. Two musts for Asheville is the Biltmore and a beer tour or two. Camille provided an extensive list of recommended things to do nearby and that was also helpful.

Beautiful Views

This property has beautiful views! We enjoyed our stay, however, I feel like we had a laundry list of chores to do before we checked out for the day otherwise we would be charged additional fees. I felt like this made the trip a little more stressful when it should have been relaxing.

Relaxing Weekend in the Mountains

Beautiful view of the mountains from the deck. Very comfortable beds! Large kitchen. House just as described and pictures reflect accurately. Our group of 6 had a great time! (be aware that the roads to get to the house involve winding, mountain roads.... but that's how you get the views..that's why the 4 for location...15 mins from Asheville downtown)

Fabulous view and great deck overlooking the mountains

There are 2 driveways so I would recommend parking only in the upper driveway. We had a mini van and had trouble getting out of the lower driveway. Kitchen was well equipped. We ate dinner every night at the house. The grill was a nice touch. Our visit was mid October so the foliage was magnificent.
