Spend fun-filled days sightseeing, then return home to relax on the private balcony. Dine alfresco, stretch out in a lounger, and enjoy the fantastic weather on this large outdoor space.

LIVING AREA

High ceilings soar in this beautifully renovated apartment. Exuding sophisticated charm, the stylish interior includes hardwood floors, exposed brick, and skylights.

Unwind in the open living area and watch a movie on the 46 TV. This room includes a DVD player. A plush sofa doubles as a queen sleeper, and two armchairs provide additional comfy seating.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops and upscale stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side fridge and a gas range/oven. The kitchen island offers ample space to prep meals, as well as a double sink and four seats.

When youre ready to eat, savor home-cooked meals at the dining table for four.

BEDROOM & BATHS

Between the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room, this rental sleeps up to four guests.

Adorned with hotel-quality linens, the bedroom promises a restful slumber in a king bed. This room includes a flat-screen TV, a built-in surround system, and direct access to the balcony.

A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a convenient half bath are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

Loft in Asheville

We really liked the location of the loft apartment in downtown Asheville. So many great restaurants and breweries within walking distance. The apartment was convenient and parking was always available at the garage a short distance away. All the amenities were great in the apartment except the shower water would puddle around your feet instead of draining properly. Otherwise, everything else was comfortable and clean.

Great downtown location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and cozy. You're within walking distance to great food, entertainment and shopping. The only complaint is having to park in a parking garage two blocks away. Not a big deal though.

Perfect location!

This was a great condo- clean, SPACIOUS, two bathrooms! It was so close to everything downtown- walked to many restaurants and of course breweries! On a quiet street so sleeping was peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

Property is eclectic and is nicely appointed. It's on a quiet street and the parking ramp is closeby ($12/day). I would stay there again if under different property management. The property manager(Vacasa) was substandard. We received an entry code for the 2nd floor entry door to the condo but did not have the main door (street level) entry code. I called Vacasa for help and they gave me an incorrect code which I tried to enter while I had them on the phone. When it didn't work they referred me to a help desk who NEVER responded. If it weren't for the people who were in the adjoining condo who just happened to be coming back, we would still be standing there. They other renters indicated that they too had an issue but did receive a callback.

Great location

The location was fantastic, walkable to everything. The property itself is very clean and well maintained. Had one minor issue that was easily resolved. The property management sent very timely and informative emails/texts prior to the stay. They sent the door code with good instructions, but the door code to the actual building was left out. We had to call the company to get the code and the signal on their end made it near impossible to hear, but it only took about 5 minutes to resolve our issue and had no issues past that. Would definitely recommend the property. Thanks for a good stay!

Awesome Spot in Asheville

This was an awesome spot, perfect for us. We put our two kids (9 and 8) on the pullout couch. Next time it will just be my wife and I so we have the whole place. Clean, filled with supplies, and so close to everywhere you want to go. Only issue we had is we did not have the door code when arriving for the main door, only the condo door. But, one phone call and we had it right away. All good! Very Good.

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for walking and enjoying Ashville. Parking wasn't really an issue given there is a structure less than a block away. The apartment is well stocked and matches the pictures - very comfortable and well equipped. Only two concerns that were minor. First, there was no coffee although the unit has booth a drip machine and kcup. A few kcups would be a nice touch especially if guests arrive later in the day and can't get out to buy supplies. The second was the fact the welcoming note with entry instructions left out the code for the outer building door. We had to sit on the curb with all of our bags for about 30 minutes while we attempted to call the property manager to get the entry code. Not a major issue in perspective, but seems like an easy and basic thing to correct. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Beautiful condo with exposed brick and wood floors. Outside balcony was nice for morning coffee and evening cocktails though the view is mainly a parking lot. Great location, walked everywhere. Parked in the Sears Alley Parking Garage and walked everywhere downtown including River Arts District. Didnt need the car until we went to Sierra Nevada Brewing and the Biltmore.
