Overview: Trendy and spacious apartment in the heart of downtown Asheville, NC. Located on Chicken Alley, guests are steps away from restaurants, breweries, art galleries and bars. Attractions like the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are only a 10 minute drive away.

It is a bright and airy ground floor apartment, with parking located on-site, and self check-in with a keypad. There is a king bed and queen bed, both very comfortable!

Guest Access: The apartment is in the middle of downtown Asheville and guests will be within walking distance to everything downtown. There is one parking space directly in front of the unit.

Interaction with Guests: We do not meet guests, but are always available by phone. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please reach out via the provided phone number or via message on VRBO.

This place is perfect! So close to everything. While we didn't use the kitchen very much, it is fully stocked. It was just the 2 of us but the space would easily hold more. We did not hear anything from the tenant above or any traffic noise. The parking space would not accommodate my boyfriend's crew cab pickup, however, the parking garage was so close that it was not at all inconvenient. While backing out of the alley sounds daunting, it is not. There is a traffic light so you have plenty of breaks in traffic and plenty of time to back out. I would definitely come back here.

Property was extremely centrally located and perfect for a couples getaway! Everything was clean and functioned properly. Parking was convenient but tight if you drive a larger car. Overall I would recommend and would visit again!

This place is awesome! Easily walkable to all the downtown area, great interior space that gave us all that we needed. Host was very easy to work with and was always there when we had questions. Will definitely be coming back!

This apartment was so spacious and clean! It has a full kitchen with everything you would need to cook a full meal, two comfy beds, and a nice living area. It is very close to shops, restaurants, and stores downtown. I would definitely stay again!

Fitting accommodations

The seemingly warehouse space turned VRBO is fitting for the downtown Asheville vibe. Exceptionally spacious and clean with all the necessary accommodations. Very convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants, all with in hilly walking distance. It is located in a narrow alley way, as the name states, challenging the entrance and exit with a vehicle. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was impeccable. The only criticism is that the parking situation is tricky - getting out of the alley is very difficult. A backup camera in your vehicle and/or someone to help you back out is necessary. Thank you.
