Treetops Cottage is located in the private community of Riverbend in beautiful Lake Lure NC. Set in the foot hills of the blue ridge mountains, the cottage is nestled on a three acre lot of hardwood forest with most trees surpassing 60 feet tall. You will see plenty of maples, oaks, poplars, sour wood, cedars, pines and Mountain Laurel (a wild bush that burst into flowers during spring time). The wrap around deck has gates at all exits which is a great safety feature for small children and inquisitive pets.
Located in Riverbend, a gated community, you will have access to a private beach where you can enjoy swimming, canoeing or a have a picnic next to the beach. There also picnic areas next to the Broad River, waterfall, swimming hole and nature trails.
ATTRACTIONS IN TH AREA OF LAKE LURE:

âą Horseback riding at Cedar Creek Stables, only 10 minutes away.

The wrap around deck provides seating areas on all sides of the house where you can see a herd of deer that cross the property almost every morning and evening.
