The kitchen offers state of the art stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and appliances needed for creating wonderful meals, all while enjoying each other.The main living room features a gas fireplace with a large-screen Smart TV and comfortable seating. The nearby dining area offers a large dining table, and the chef-friendly kitchen with plenty of prep area, for folks to drink, eat or just hangout together.

The bedrooms afford privacy and very comfortable sleeping. The home affords free WiFi and Smart TV's in all living areas and bedrooms. The home provides calming and relaxing space, comfortable beds and outdoor space to sit, sip a glass of wine or drink a local craft beer, while taking in the mountain air. Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Pets: This home is dog friendly. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
